Before I start, this excursion is for 2 people, so you dont have pay twice the money. It was probably the best excursion I arranged. Scooter was easy to drive and roads were easy to follow(for Canadians and Americans, make sure to know basic rules of round-abouts). The owner lady could speak good english so wasn't hard to communicate.. Sadly, there was no gas left in my scooter so I filled my own which bugged me even though it was 6 euros(barely finished even 1/10 of it). For cruisers, there are two port areas. Sadly Royal Caribbean landed on the port which is good 30 mins walk to this place so we took a cab in the morning($10). However the owner was kind enough to give us ride back to our ship port in evening. Tips-
1. You don't need to fill too much gas
2. Go to Iletas beach for sure
3. Parking is free for Scooters
4. This excursion is for 2 people
5. Don't hesistate to ask people about directions as they are friendly
6. Eat your lunch in the main market near the big cathedral which looks like Ra Lamblas of Barcelona.
7. Sometimes the cabinet under the seat doesn't open so highly recommened to keep your passports or papers with you incase you are running late to your cruise.
8. Drive slow near the round-abouts

We felt that the tour was a good value for the $. By buying the voucher online made it go faster when we tried to get the tickets in the bus line.

Hope that there are no other cruise ships in port when you use this service. We had 3 ships in port not enough buses to cater to all the tourists in town.

ok tour! highly recommended!
However, it is cheaper to pay on board to the driver direct.

Did not care for the hoho tours.

Loved it! Sightseeing is excellent... runs often and ontime

This worked out really well to get around the city with limited time.

great way to see a lot of the city. the first bus we were on was great all the information ear phones were working. the second bus was awful only a few of the earphones working. tour conductor couldn't care.

Great Idea - however the stop for the port is #12 - and you have a lot of people trying to get on the bus that haven't pre-paid and pushing and shoving. It was actually very frustrating. Once we were on and it was great. Suggested to the company that they need someone to sell tickets at that stop when ships are in port.

nice way to see most of the main sights.

Bus did not commence pickup at advertised time.
Audio ports were faulty with only some working. No assistance from staff.

We liked the tour. The tour wasn't so long but you will get a good impression of Mallorca. For those coming with a cruise ship, there is a bus (hop on hop off) stop right outside the port. Don't let your cruise director fool you by telling you that you must go outside the port by shuttle. This may be the case at some other ports but not Mallorca.

Beautiful island, and with not much time, good way to make the most of it.
