Doing what: Palma de Mallorca City Hop-on Hop-off Tour
We were so excited to explore the beautiful island of Mallorca. We booked this bus because it is a highly rated tour provider. The outlets to plug in the headphones were not working well, the biggest issue is that the audio was off by half the island! We never knew where we were.

Doing what: Palma de Mallorca City Hop-on Hop-off Tour
It is a good way to get a cognitive map of the city. Prerecorded audio information is wasting time and useless. Timing is not quite synchronized with driving. Not all the stops were covered with each round tour. Some are only available on the full hours, like the one that would take you to the Miro

Doing what: Mallorca Day Trip to Majorica Pearl Factory and Cavern of the Dragon
Apart from Cavern of the Dragon I hated this trip. Pearl Factory - a BIG CON to get you to shop - there is no insight into the pearling industry on Palma Mallorca - it is a shop to buy pearls downstairs and leather goods upstairs - all of which I found very expensive and rude assistants for non buyers.

The bus takes you to the Cathedral where Gaudi's work can be seen inside the church. Also to the castle up on the hill.

Doing what: Mallorca Day Trip to Majorica Pearl Factory and Cavern of the Dragon
I went in the morning to the meeting point but the bus didn't have the tour company name displayed and there was a lot of buses so there was a bit of confusion to begin with. The tour is conducted in English, Spanish, German and French. The peal factory is actually a pearl outlet shop (I expected to see the pearls getting made) but still very beautiful. Porto Cristo was gorgeous and we had lots of free time. The caves were amazing. We stopped at a shop with olive tree souviners and the time spent there was a little too long. Some other people on the tour went to a second cave but it wasn't included with this tour so I missed out on that (a bit dissapointing). The tour is cheap and gives you a good overview of the island and the cave and Porto Cristo is truly amazing. I noticed the tour company I went with actually advertised the tour cheaper on their site.

Doing what: Mallorca Day Trip to Majorica Pearl Factory and Cavern of the Dragon
We werent told a specific meeting point and just had to wait and keep asking tour guides if they were there to pick us up. Our bus was 25 minutes late. It was also quite irritating listening to the narration in 4 different languages. MUST have a moderate to high level of fitness for the caves.

All good. Nice weather - sun shining. Open top bus. Not many places to see but the castle and a few other places were really good.

Doing what: Mallorca Day Trip to Majorica Pearl Factory and Cavern of the Dragon
Fantastic day trip and well worth the money. I really enjoyed the Pearl Factory (however I missed the liquor tastings as I didn't see them). I felt soooo moved by the symphony in the Cavern of the Dragon... it was one of the best experiences on my entire trip. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Mallorca.

Doing what: Mallorca Evening Tour: Horseback Riding, Dinner and Dance
A great chance to see a bit of countryside (outside of Palma where I stayed). Really hospitable owner and staff, and was appreciative of the ride to and from the ranch. A lot of fun, riding, seeing the various animals on the farm, and terrific bbq meal to end the evening. Definitely worthwhile to do!

Doing what: Mallorca Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling Trip
Many thanks to Toni at staff at No Frills Excursions who were able to get me a spot after I couldn't go first time around due to illness, and were terrific with directions for meeting the boat. A really wonderful way of seeing Palma from the water. The captain and crew were lovely and helpful, everyone on board seemed to enjoy themselves. A relaxing, and fun way to spend the day!

Doing what: Mallorca Day Trip to Majorica Pearl Factory and Cavern of the Dragon
The trip was ok. The guide was going on non stop in all the languages which became a bit too much. He could have used long sentences instead which would have helped.
The pearl factory was a total disappointment and so was the handcraft showroom. The caves of dragon were nice however Viator did not have the option for the other caves.
The small village was good fun to shop and go around.
Overall very good caves and boring pearl factory makes it an average trip.

Doing what: Palma de Mallorca Shore Excursion: Mallorca Independent Scooter Tour
Before I start, this excursion is for 2 people, so you dont have pay twice the money. It was probably the best excursion I arranged. Scooter was easy to drive and roads were easy to follow(for Canadians and Americans, make sure to know basic rules of round-abouts). The owner lady could speak good english so wasn't hard to communicate.. Sadly, there was no gas left in my scooter so I filled my own which bugged me even though it was 6 euros(barely finished even 1/10 of it). For cruisers, there are two port areas. Sadly Royal Caribbean landed on the port which is good 30 mins walk to this place so we took a cab in the morning($10). However the owner was kind enough to give us ride back to our ship port in evening. Tips-
1. You don't need to fill too much gas
2. Go to Iletas beach for sure
3. Parking is free for Scooters
4. This excursion is for 2 people
5. Don't hesistate to ask people about directions as they are friendly
6. Eat your lunch in the main market near the big cathedral which looks like Ra Lamblas of Barcelona.
7. Sometimes the cabinet under the seat doesn't open so highly recommened to keep your passports or papers with you incase you are running late to your cruise.
8. Drive slow near the round-abouts

Had trouble finding the bus stop, thought I had missed the tour altogether, finally I found it and it was great.
