The tour guys on our trip were fantastic. Needed a recorder to capture all of the information that they gave to us. We had 2 vans on our tour. Scot and Aaron were wonderful.

This was an amazing experience. The day was great. The sunrise was amazing and the o0ver-all tour experience was superb. This is a 1st class tour and the tour guide was full of detailed information about Hawaii and the island of Maui.

Had a good time and enjoyed the sunrise. The driver was knowledgeable and provided interesting information on the drive. Not much choice for breakfast snack and I'm not a coffee drinker could have been a bit better for food and drink.

Unfortunately the morning we did this the weather didn't play nice and there was lots of cloud cover. Still got some pretty amazing photos but definitely only for the keen as it is a very early start to the day, was very cold and a lot depends on the weather.

To see the sunrise we went up early in the morning.But it was not very spectacular. You can see a better sunrise in the swiss alps where we life. The price to other attractions seems to be (to) high.

Completely dependent on the weather - we had full cloud cover and couldn't see much.
Absolutely freezing - pack warm clothes. Be crystal clear about your pick up point - bus driver didn't come to the right spot and we missed out one night. Super early and be prepared to be exhausted for a few days.

It was definitely worth it for us not to drive. The road to get there is very dark and curvy. We got to sit back and relax until we reached the top. The sunrise is absolutely beautiful! Make sure to bring warm clothes to wear once you get there because it gets pretty chilly at the top (and we're from Minnesota).

It was truly a spectacular sunrise despite the chilly temperature. The rising sun above the cloud cover was something we've not had the opportunity to enjoy before. Ron, our tour guide was a wealth of information on the drive up Haleakala.

We really enjoyed our tour and our driver was great. He had excellent knowledge about Maui and its history. This is a must do experience.
The only thing that would have made it 5 stars was a better bus. The smaller bus was older and not very comfortable for the amount of time you are riding in it
