Booking with Viator seemed like an unnecessary 3rd party that did nothing after passing the booking on to Pollynesian Adventure Tours. Received no itinerary. Pickup point at Oahu airport unclear and groups were waiting at different places delaying the departure to begin the tour. Return flight to Maui was 8:40pm, was told it would be 7:00pm. Dropped off at airport at 6:30pm. Could have had another hour in Waikiki but instead spent the time waiting at the airport.
Everything we saw on the tour did meet our expectations and we enjoyed it verry much.

THE ONE DAY TRIP TO OAHU WAS OK. THE VAN PICKED US UP RIGHT ON TIME NEAR OUR CONDO AND GOT US TO AIRPORT WITH TIME TO SPARE. WE WERE GREETED BY YOUR REP. AND SHE TOOK US ALL THE WAY TO SECURITY AND WAS VERY HELPFUL. WHEN WE ARRIVED IN OAHU THERE WAS NO ONE TO GREET US OR ANYONE TO TELL US WHERE TO GO. WE FINALLY FIGURED OUT WHICH BUS TO GET ON. THE DRIVER COULD NOT LEAVE THE BUS AND COME INTO THE TERMINAL SO WE WERE ON OUR OWN. ONCE THE BUS GOT GOING WE HAD TO PICK UP OTHER PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T HAVE DIRECTION AS TO WHERE TO GO. ONCE WE GOT GOING THE BUS DRIVER WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AS WE WENT BY DIFFERENT SITES.
WHEN WE GOT TO uSS ARIZONA MEMORIAL THE DRIVER INDICATED TO EVERYONE WE HAD TO BE BACK BY A CERTAIN TIME. THE TIME ALLOCATED FOR THIS STOP ISN'T ENOUGH TO SEE EVERYTHING. THEN IT WAS A STOP AT THE USS MISSOURI. ONCE AGAIN WE HAD TO BE BACK BY A CERTAIN TIME WHICH DIDN'T ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO SEE ALL YOU COULD SEE ABOARD SHIP. THEN WE VISITED THE PUNCHBOWL. I UNDERSTAND WE COULDN'T GET OFF THE BUS BUT WE COULD HAVE STOPPED AND ALLOW PEOPLE FROM ONE SIDE TO SEE WHAT WAS ON OTHER SIDE. THEN WE STOPPED AT WAKIKI BEACH. THE BUS DRIVER SAID WE HAD TO BE BACK BY A CERTAIN TIME. THE PROBLEM WE HAD IS THAT JUST ABOUT ALL THE STORES WERE HIGH END. THERE MUST BE ANOTHER AREA THAT WOULDN' BE AS EXPENSIVE. THE TIME REMAINING WAS TIME TO GET US BACK TO AIRPORT. NO ONE AT THE AIRPORT TO ASSIST YOU. OUR FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED BUT WE WERE LUCKY TO CATCH A FLIGHT THAT GOT US BACK TO MAUI AT ABOUT THE SAME TIME. I DON'T KNOW WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO US IF THE FLIGHT WAS BOOKED AND WE COULDN'T GET OUT. WOULD WE HAVE BEEN PUT UP FOR THE NIGHT,TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, ETC ??. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS HAVING ENOUGH TIME AT THE DROP OFF LOCATIONS. WE DID ENJOY SEEING WHAT WE DID SEE. THANK YOU, LARRY CASSERLY

Generally very good. I didn't like that we had to wait on the bus in the morning for all the other participants to arrive on their flights. When time was so tight it was disappointing to waste 30 minutes. I was also disappointed that we couldn't get off the bus to get a photograph of the Royal Palace. I would have liked to have had less time for shopping at the end of the day and more time for walking around downtown Honolulu.

Tour guide was great. Everything was on schedule. However, disappointed that trip to Arizona was canceled due to weather conditions. Yet, they did a great job finding alternative venues to see.

A well organized trip, everything happened very efficiently. Pearl Harbor visit is a santurary of US history, well with the trip and the time. Visiting the Missouri Battleship was an educational experience in itself, not just because of the signing of the peace treaty, but how our sailors lived while on board the ship. Returning to Honolulu after 45 years, one is amazed how the city has grown. This is a great trip for the entire family.

This was a terrible trip. This was the most costly thing we did in Hawaii and it was the only thing that was disappointing. The advertisement is very very misleading. They mention that the lava is 2000 degrees and to be sure that you do not drop anything in it. There is NO lava - you don't get anywhere near a volcano

We really wanted to be sure to see Pearl Harbor while in Hawaii so this was a great option for us.It was a long day but got a lot in! Would've been nice to have info in advance about the timing for the day so we could plan our eating/time better. Very nice guide with lots of information to share.
