We had the best meal in one of the restaurants at the base of the crown casino, if you manage to get a room in one of the crown hotels, facing the new years fire works you will have the best seat in the house because the sparks practically rouch the windows!! its an amazing spot to stay if you want a place in the middle of the city and its 100m from the train station. most afternoons the promonade is a buz with street performers, its a great spot to just hang out in a cafe and watch people.
