Arts Centre and Southbank

This is one of the most interesting parts of Melbourne. The Arts Centre is fantastic, when I was there a big Napoleon exhibition was underway, and the Gallery itself is such a great building. Along the river (Southbank) there's good shopping and bars and always tons of people, plus nice views of the city. Walk far enough and you reach Crown Casino, if that's your thing!
