Doing what: Teotihuacan Pyramids and Shrine of Guadalupe

Amazing experience! One of the sites I've always wanted to visit and can finally check it off the list! The complex is huge and the pyramids were steeper than I thought (especially the Pyramid of the Moon). Well worth the visit and completely worth the price!

a great day trip. Pyramids were amazing. Only downside was the cost of some of the items in the artsian place we were taken to. I purchased here but later saw much cheaper items for 0.95 silver jewellery

The tour guide was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Going on a small tour with about 9 people was far more preferable than a big bus. The lunch was good too.

The tour was great. The Pyramids were amazing and wonderful to visti. The Shrine was very interesting. Both sites were fairly crowded since it was a Sunday, however it was still good. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to climb the largest pyramid because the lines were so long. If you really want to climb the largest one then I recommend that you do not visit on a Sunday. We opted for a lunch also and it was fantastic! The mole dishes were great! Our guide was fantastic and made the tour even better. Overall, I would really recommend this tour...it was well worth it.

Had a wonderful time here - made even more special when I met our tour guide, Javier. He was our guide when my family went there two years ago and it was so lovely to meet up with him again! Sundays are very busy as the site offers free entry to Mexican nationals but I still enjoyed myself. Thanks, Javier!

I thought the tour guide was very informative. He also for-warned us about people selling fake silver in certain areas near the pyramids. He provided us with a little more information than what was mentioned on the tour and for that I was very grateful.

Tour guide was very professional and well informed. Worth seeing but Sunday is not the best day to visit the pyramids. There is free entry for Mexicans therefore it can be crowded. I do not recall mention of the butterfly temple. Treated to a class the importance of the agave plant but the bawdy jokes almost ruined it.

Tour was ok. The guide was clear, friendly, and knowledgeable. A lof of history was provided, and happy to answer questions.

The only problem was the tour was ran significant behind schedule. Our tour, which was scheduled for 6 hours, took a whopping 12 hours no thanks to the shopping-zealous the only other Spanish speaking party. Despite all efforts by the guide, they did not care. Perhaps company should suggest policies to prevent situations like these from happening again.

This was an awesome experience. We had a great guide and nice small group of people to enjoy the day with. Stopping at the agave plant shop was really informative and fun, the lunch pretty good! The pyramids were amazing with beautiful views and some interesting information shared from the guide.

Great trip-- really enjoyed both the shrine and the pyramids.

A word to the wise: bring a bottle of water on the pyramid tour. There are no beverages for sale once you are out of the Visitor's Center. Plenty of dudes trying to sell you jade masks and fake relics, but not a bottle of water to be had!
