The trip was nice however our tour guide was always in a hurry to beat traffic. Xochimilco is a place to go in the afternoon not in the early morning hours when your the only floating boat on the lake. Would recommend the trip just not the guide.

We had a superb guide, and the whole trip such a memorable experience. He showed us all sorts of interesting things on the way out and on the return which we would otherwise have completely overlooked.

This day is a fun mix of all kinds of experiences. We got a great city tour and saw two museums that we weren't even expecting to see - the Diego Rivera studio and Freida Kahlo's home. Our guide was knowledgeable and very interesting. He kept us moving but we never felt rushed. The floating gardens of Xochimilco were a real treat - a step back in time in the middle of a bustling city.
