Doing what: Biscayne Bay Sightseeing Cruise

This tour was awesome! Had a lot of fun. Worth my money.

The itinerary was excellent and it provides a very good overview of the different nabourhoods of Miami. The pick-up at my hotel was also excellently done. It bothered me however that all the tour guides were so obsessed about their tips/gratuities and they mentioned that throughout the whole tour/trip!!

You get a comprehensive bus tour of the major Miami areas (downtown, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach) with lots of information. Then you get a quick stop in Little Havana (we had 20 min). Of course we had to grab some food there. Had an excellent Cuban sandwich. Would have liked more time in Little Havana but we made the most of our 20 min (sandwich and potty break). After that we got a boat ride on Biscayne bay. The tour said yacht ride. Not a yacht. But it was a boat and it was a beautiful boat ride. Saw lots of celebrity homes on the bay. Then we got back on the bus for the trip to the Everglades. It poured once we got there (so bring ponchos unless you want to buy them there). The rain didn't stop us from having a blast. It started with an alligator show. We all got to see a teeny tiny alligator and then got to watch the trainer with a bigger alligator. After that, we got to go on an airboat ride that was one of the highlights of my trip. The rain was pelting us in the face because of the speed of the boat but it was still fun. The captain did turns and went fast and it was amazing. We saw 3 alligators and a snake or two. What an amazing part of the country!

Great tour. Few comments: bus was ran down, rain was pouring but - guides were great, we saw Miami in nutshell! Had blast at Everglades.
The funniest thing was that 2 weeks after we were on this tour we got a call to get outside of the hotel as bus is waiting for us! we would love to join tour again, but long time returned home.

With one full day before our cruise, we decided to get the most out of Miami and this tour did just that.. Though our hotel wasn't on the list of hotel pick-up, the CSR gave us a nearest location to meet and get picked up.. From there, we went around and pick up all other tourists and set off for Everglades.. The airboat was fun, the show was fun and informative.. Afterwards, we're taken back for the hq for the 2nd/3rd part of the tour.. The city tour was nice, as the tour guide was knowledgeable and keep us well informed and awake.. The bay cruise tour was a nice touch; the captain showed us all the celebrity mansions and pointed out all the attractions.. Overall, it's a great get-to-know-a-new-place kind of tour and 9 hours went by just like that..

Saw alligators, turtles and birds. Took picture with baby alligator ($3).

Brilliant day out! Our guide and driver was Nelson and was really nice and informative.
Thanks

We had such a great time in Miami and this tour was a Huge part of it. The best part was the tour guide John, he was the absolute BEST!!! It was three girls, and it was only our second day in Miami. We were the first ones to be picked up and we were out there early so he took us to get cafe cubano and empanadas at a nearby cafe. He was very generous and payed for us. He gave us a brief overview of the tour and how it was going to work. The bus was full and he made sure to attend to everyones needs. The majority of the people on the bus were brazilians, so he was doing an excellent job of saying things in all languages. The tour itself is very interesting and it takes you all over the city, it was great because we were staying in south beach and if we didn't do this tour we probably wouldnt of gotten to see the beautiful city of Miami. We were on a tight schedule so we were unable to grab something to eat or drink in between the bus and the boat. However the boat has a bar so we drank something there. I would advice to eat beforehand or pack a snack! Overall we loved Miami and this tour!

Doing what: Biscayne Bay Sightseeing Cruise

Tour was great but we did not get a brouchure/map of our cruise which was a disappoitment since we may never be back in Miami. It's hard to remember everything said on the tour while taking pictures of all the beautiful scenery. I I could possibily get one mailed or emailed to me it would be greatly appreciated.
THANKS

the guide was very professional one. a very nice lady! she had a good sense of humor too.
one comment: the tour was not starting in time, one hour delay:(

A good way to see a glimpse of the city and bay and loved the Everglades experience. very Good value for money we did this trip. as only in Miami for 2days so gave us a good insight on where we wanted to go back to visit

I am from Miami and took the tour to show a cousin from the North some of the sights we have to offer here. Ultimately the tour was interesting and enjoyable. My only small complaint was that the internet brochure claimed that if you got picked up at Bayside, you would not be able to see South Beach Art Deco District. So I headed north to the Eden Roc hotel to be picked up, knowing it was north of South Beach and logically thought the tour would head back south and go through the S B District. To make a long story shorter, the tour bus came all the way down to Bayside, then headed back to South Beach. Go figure? Anyway we got to see South Beach, but could have saved myself alot of time by parking at Bayside in the first place. The information snafu on the internet site cost me time and traffic tie ups getting home. Otherwise a nice tour.

A very unique place to visit!

Very good value tour as 3 in 1. It would have been nice to have more stops on the City Sightseeing even if it was only a 5 minute photo stop. A prime example was the old City Hall, an important part of Miami's history. It would also have been nice to drive through Miami itself as opposed to just the outskirts (the tour is called City Sightseeing after all!).

The Biscayne Bay Cruise was very informative and enjoyable, be advised the boat is fairly small so if you don't get on well with them think again.

The Everglades Airboat Ride was good although the heavens did open up and we got very, very wet! The only downside is the lack of alligators. We saw one crossing when we set off and there were a couple of babies at the end, maybe a more sedate ride would have shown more. There is alligator wrestling at the end so you do get to see an alligator.

Overall a very enjoyable trip and extremely good value. I would definitely recommend this trip :-)
