Very good value tour as 3 in 1. It would have been nice to have more stops on the City Sightseeing even if it was only a 5 minute photo stop. A prime example was the old City Hall, an important part of Miami's history. It would also have been nice to drive through Miami itself as opposed to just the outskirts (the tour is called City Sightseeing after all!).

The Biscayne Bay Cruise was very informative and enjoyable, be advised the boat is fairly small so if you don't get on well with them think again.

The Everglades Airboat Ride was good although the heavens did open up and we got very, very wet! The only downside is the lack of alligators. We saw one crossing when we set off and there were a couple of babies at the end, maybe a more sedate ride would have shown more. There is alligator wrestling at the end so you do get to see an alligator.

Overall a very enjoyable trip and extremely good value. I would definitely recommend this trip :-)

Doing what: Miami Duck Tour

Great fun. Guide was knowledgable and funny. Really enjoyed the experience.

Excelent tour! We had a wonderful time in the bus and in the boat. Our driver/guide Sabina was really helpful and kind. She made our tour even better.

great

This would be a five star rating if there weren't pick up issues. Directions for where to meet in the morning or very vague and incomplete. I had to make numerous calls to the local office to ensure that we would in fact be picked up and the pick up was 30 minutes late.

The tour was fun, each part was enjoyable; although for the bus tour, it would have been nice to get off the bus more than once to explore the city. The only other problem was the added expenses of tips. I have no problem tipping a guide/driver, but there were FIVE people on the tour who expected a tip; the driver's sign said 15%. Now I already paid $180 for the tour (family of 3) so that would have been another $27- and tipping like that would have made the tips cost almost as much as the original trip! Also the boat drivers said they only make money from tips- what, your company doesn't give them ANYTHING out of my $180? To me that would be a very unfair practice. As a middle class person who has to save up for vacations, this trip was fun, but not really worth all the extra costs.

It was an action packed day that was great!!

Doing what: Miami Duck Tour

I booked this tour with Viator a couple of months before our trip to Miami. As requested I rang 2 days before and asked to go on one of the morning trips...first problem....they were all booked so we settled for the 3 pm tour. I left my name with the lady on the phone and we duly arrived at 2.30pm as requested to find that she hadn't booked us in!!! We then had to wait about 40 minutes to see if the 4 seats we had booked were available. Result at last ....they were and we duly boarded the Duck Bus/Boat.
Our host for the day was Dee-Dee who was absolutley fantastic and filled us in with all sorts of facts and historical notes as we travelled around the city both in and out of the water. She made the tour for us and we had a real giggle quacking to passers by who looked at us as though we were crazy! She made what had started off so badly a trip that all 4 of us enjoyed, both young and old and it was great to get out on the water and see all the beautiful homes.
Getting towards the end of the trip the bus broke down(overheated) and all the passengers then decided to get off and walk to wherever we were going next. An unavoidable problem that didnt spoil the overall tour for us. The driver Fritz was also very chatty with us when we were leaving and if it hadnt been for the office problems we would have given this 5 stars. They were saved by Fritz and Dee-Dee!!!!

Saw most everything I Needed to see to see in Miami, except for Ocean Drive. Good value for the money.

Was really good however had to wait more than 30 minutes for bus to Everglades and had to stand up as bus was crowded. The airboat ride through Everglades was amazing!

Doing what: Biscayne Bay Sightseeing Cruise

We had a lovely trip on the biscayne bay cruise it was a hot day in miami and seeing all the luxury properties made me a a tad jealous but was amazing to see how the luckier halfs live a world away from the streets of london although i live along the river thames but miami weather a lot better ! my husband and I are quite big film buffs and enjoyed the famous film locations of miami, no problems with the vouchers, friendly staff one thing which I thought was abit steep was the photo you are offered at the end $35 we did not make a purchase as most photos we was offered at other activities where all $20 millionaires row a must do when in Miami !!!!!

The tour was good, however, the description on your website is misleading. We did not take a cruise through Key Biscayne. We went through downtown Miami.

Bus late in getting away to airboat ride which was okay in the end but struggled to see any alligators although the guide tried to find some !
Back to base then changed bus which again left late but guide was good and made the trip enjoyable taking us round the various districts in Miami. Changed to a boat which took us around the Star's island homes which was fun.
