We could not wait to go on the tour but we were a little disappointed. Everglades was great and the cruise was also very enjoyable. The bad part of the tour was the sightseeing. We travelled on Harry's bus and have never expected a tour bus to be as dirty as his bus was, not only outside but inside too. The point of a bus tour is to look through the window, well it was hard on that occasion. Unfortunately it was the first of the 3 programmes that day and if the bay and the Everglades had not been that good I would not recommend the trip.

The Miami city tour including Biscayne Bay Bruise was nice and we got å lot of informatinon about Miami.

Sadly I was disappointed..The order of the day was switched so instead of the Everglades ending the experience we did it first and it went a bit down hill from there..The bus tour was on a 52 seater and the windows were dirty to visibility was poor! The boat ride was much shorter than advertised..

What we didnt know was we more or less had booked 3 tours. the only one worth while was the Biscayne Bay cruise. The tour was supposed to start at 0930am and we didnt get left until 1020 we travelled to Everglades for a pathetic airboat ride which lasted 25 mins and didnt even venture into open water. we are convinced all the viewing of crocs were of stuffed ones. No way did they sit there all morning with boats flyin past every 30 seconds and yet we all saw the same ones. I have done a boat ride before and this was not a good one. The hut which we were left off at had one ladies toilet and we were on a full coach. needless to say we were late leaving that destination due to the ladies queue. We then returned back to the tour HQ to leave of passengers and collect more (now 1.30pm) and when we enquired when we were stopping for lunch we were told in 20mins. The city tour started at 1.50pm and in between the drivers microphone working and not working and lots of people getting very hungry.. we lost interest in anything other that a loo stop and food. Eventually at 2.55 we stopped in what seemed a very dodgy area and were given 20 mins to get lunch. The only cafe available could only serve sandwiches in that short time. Back on board.... late again we were dropped for our Biscayne Bay cruise and thankfully we were given a good tour of the beautiful islands and mansion homes. The bus did come back and pick us up and return us to the HQ. A very very long day and only one hour of it worth doing. Save yourself the aggro just do the bay cruise without the rest. A very poorly organised tour.

We were collected from the hotel on time in a really battered bus which was in poor condtition with several misted up windows. After arriving at the office there was a long delay whilst the seperate tours were sorted out. There seemed to be a complete lack of organisation. Anyway we eventually set off and the city tour was very good and informative stopping i Little Havanna for lunch. We were then transported for the boat trip which was again very good. On return there was confusion over the pickup point., the initial instructions were the drop off point/then the yellow building/then on rechecking a location across the junction which was correct. We got on the coach but many others did not and I assume made their own way back. At no stage where the numbers counted or checked - driving around sounding the horn is not the answer! The Gator Park trip was also good but again no checks were made of numbers on depature. On return to Miami Beach there was clearly no possibility of a drop off back at the hotel so we decided to stay for food and walk back ourselves. Good value tour but very poor coach, very disorganised Would not use again

Doing what: The Grand Miami Air Tour

Fantastic! Pilot was very nice and easy at the controls. He freely engaged in conversation and pointed out all of the terrain features to my 78 year old mother for whom this trip was a gift for her birthday. He explained the airplane controls to her and let her press the accelerator that got us airborne. We will definitely be taking another trip with him!

We covered a lot of territory in nine hours. It was a great overview. The shortcoming is that since it really three tours in one there is no continuity from one phase to the next. It would be helpful, given only a half hour between the water taxi and the bus to the Everglades, to be told what the lunch options were at Bayside. After rushing through lunch, the bus was then late, which was annoying. The bus driver to the Everglades was not a guide at all (yet still requested a tip). It would add to the value of the trip if he could have spoken about the area.

This tour is perfect for anyone who wants to see Miami but doesn't have a lot of time. Loved this tour!

Four adults thought the Miami Combo Tour to be a great deal for the money and a great way to experience a lot of Miami in a day.
The pick up was prompt, clean transportation and friendly, informed guides.
Thank you to Mario ,bus guide and Gus,boat guide and office staff who were helpful
when arranging the pick up.
The Everglades AirBoat was exciting and our young guide was enthusiastic and made our trip unique and fun .Sorry ,I have no name.
Trip Advisor had some bad reviews that caused me some anxiety before we went on
the tour .
So glad we booked this tour.

Honestly, we were very disappointed with this tour. It was extremely unorganized...the bus always late for each spot...sometimes we were uninformed as to how long we had before the bus would leave...thus, I didn't feel like I could take time to look at the souvenirs. Also, the passengers would wonder off...at one point we had to waste our time slowly driving down the street, honking our horn, and someone else running into the stores to get one last un-thoughtful passenger. I believe that everyone should meet at one location to save all of us from riding for 2 hours before the tour starts. Also, the one driver seemed very rude. the last driver announced where he was going to stop first and even announced our location...then he drove across the bridge, missing our stop...which meant we, not only road to pick up all the passengers in the morning...we had to ride an extra 1.5 hours to drop them off...totally uncalled for...when I spoke up...he looked ticked off and then announced that we'd just have to be the last ones off!!!!! However, 1.5 hours into hour drop off...he did get another bus to take us home. We will never use your tour line again...totally disappointed. We also thought we would learn something...and we did...but not like we thought. The air-ride boat was manned by a young kid who seemed like he had only been working a short time...perhaps a few days...he provided little information so that we could learn...and he drove the boat dangerously, going fast, and making us go sideways...if we would have hit something...it could have very likely tipped over with his weight and that fan up in the air...it was a stupid way to handle an air boat...all for trying to give people a thrill and not learn a whole lot...all in all...yes, we saw some things...but not like we had imagined...didn't learn a whole lot about the area except we don't have any desire to return to Florida.

1. Very well organized pickup and transportation services. Very friendly drivers too.
2. Everglades Airboats are a treat! Not an everyday adventure. I wish there was a little bit more time at Everglades to look around and have some snacks - we literally had to run to bus with a food. 30 additional minutes would be absolutely enough.
3. Biscayne Bay Cruise is also extremely interesting (we had a very good cruise leader who explained a lot and tried hard to entertain everyone, in most cases successfully).

Bottom line: Highly recommended.

Excellent trip! Great way to see so much in one day with very friendly people x

The guides were good.
