Great tour guide

Doing what: Biscayne Bay Sightseeing Cruise

this tour was awesome!!! the tour guide was very knowledgable of the area.. beautiful view!!!

City of Miami by bus very poor, disorganized, could not really understand tour guide...boat trip excellent and airboat excellent

Good value for money. Coach tour of city was terrific and Everglades tour was fun. Would have preferred a little more time on the water with the boat tour.

Air boat ride was fantastic, as well as our Viator guide. Very nice day tour!

We had a very enjoyable Miami city Tour. At first we thought that we may have got mixed up on the pick up point because the bus was over half hour late, however it eventually arrived. The open bus was great for taking photos and videos, though the old bus did shake, rattle and roll at times. I would have liked to have seen some of the beaches that are always portrayed as "Miami" on TV or tourist brochures etc. (from the train we saw some of the parts that are not portrayed - for good reason) It would have been great if the Beaches could have been included. Overall it was a great tour and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The Cruise was very enjoyable also. Unfortunately the day had turned out rather cloudy after a short period of sunshine when we first arrived in the city. I would recommend travelling by public transport to Miami also. We caught the Tri Rail train (huge double decker carriages pulled by Diesel engines) from Sheriden Station in Fort Lauderdale. We then caught the Metro rail train to Government Centre and the metro mover to College Bayside. It was very simple really. It allowed an opportunity for both of us to relax and to see the countryside. Unfortunately on Sundays the Tri rail trains only ran every two hours but we just managed to catch the 4pmish train back to Fort L. It is always interesting to do something different and catching the trains was a successful way to go to Miami. Overall our day in Miami, the City tour and Bay Cruise was very enjoyable.

Was quite interesting. Would've been better to have had the lunch break somewhere else as I didn't find much of interest in Little Havana (unless you like cigars or pubs). Windows on the bus could've been cleaner for the sight seeing but the driver (Harry?) was amusing and very knowledgeable. Boat ride was a celebrity stalkers dream but you got to see some beautiful Miami skyline views. Had a long wait for the 2nd bus out to the Everglades. Airboat ride wasn't bad, got to see some of the wildlife.

Pros: Cost, a full day outting, Harry(?) the bus driver, the office women were wonderful

Cons: Not enough time to see/photograph buildings/views, messy windows on bus, long wait with no info on ETA of 2nd bus.

Tour is good for parties without cars. Everglades is worth it. If you are choosing between the cruise or the city tour, I'd say go for the city tour unless you really like celebrity houses...

The coach tour was intersting but it would have been better if we had spent more time in South Beach area. We stoppedin Little Havana for lunch and were pretty much limited to one restaurant and had only about 35 minutes to eat.
Boat tour was nice. The airboat in the Everglades was pretty short but nice. The only negative was the long bus ride to the glades and back, about an hour each way.

Tour was disappointing. The whole trip felt disorganized. They were late picking us up and the had us switch buses after picking us up. The info stated we would have lunch in Little Havana which turned into a 15 min stop. The guide was pardonable but had no real historical knowledge about the area

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better Review by Terri M, March 2013
Doing what: Miami Duck Tour

We book for Sunday 1 Oçlock. As they did not have any one other then us they cancelled the trip. We were leaving for a cruise the next day but coming back for one day after cruise. The tour guide was ok but thought there would be more on stars who live around Miami. You pay for the tour then they want an extra tip afterwards.

The bus was an hour late .the information and tour very superficial .the microphone broke down requiring the driver to yell over his shoulder.tThe whole experience was badly timed and ill coordinated. The harbour tour was downright stupid saved only by the fact it was a nice day. The bus was again la

The attempt to include three components into one day, was an over stretch. There were "hoards" of people gathered to board the bus and the directions were confusing. The ride through South Beach was interesting to see the Art Deco etc., and the Ferry Ride of the Rich and Famous kept things moving. But the LACK OF AIR CONDITIONING on the bus, and the long drive to the Everglades during rush hour was painful. It seemed like cattle being herded. I could not recommend this tour.

in line with your excellent level experienced in Australia on 2011..
