This is an excellent trip for both adults and kids alike. The staff were brilliant, and so informative, entertaining and funny. It really was money well spent, and the best way to see Miami on land and of course from the water! Well done you were great!

The hop-on hop-off tour of Miami is a must for not only tourists but residents. It's a great way to spend the day, seeing the sights of this beautiful city and it's surrounding areas. The Biscayne Bay Cruise was definitely the highlight for us.

We LOVED this tour- in fact we are taking it again this week and bringing along all of our friends!
Started off at the Angler's Resort (Ernest Hemmingways favorite old South Beach hangout) and worked our way through town. The food, beverages and history at each stop, were WONDERFUL. A must do tour!

Good tour and likeable knowledgeable guide Victor. Some stops pretty meagre food offering, a couple were generous. Gloria Estevan's restaurant most generous. Best aspect of tour for us was info about S.Beach and Art Deco houses. But food was also interesting and enough.for a dinner, so OK value.

Our tour guide was nice and knowledgeable. She was really good taking us around and giving us a taste of different cuisine's and resturants which we would not have found b ourselves.
Thank you, Saju and Tina.

It was well worth it, but I wish I had more time to see things. They let you get off the bus to visit museums, LIttle Havana, etc, but they stop service at 4:30 pm, so it is a rush. If you are hot back at the main station at 4:30 pm you have to take a taxi back to South Beach.

We didn't do the activity in the end as when we went to the shop to rent the bikes there were none available!! We would have had to walk 30 mns to the next shop to get some. Disappointing!

Unbeknownst to us, the taxi had been chartered on the day we were scheduled to use it. When we arrived, they would not honor our reservation. Come to find out, it didn't even go to the stop we wanted to utilize, anyway, even though it was listed in the Viator website and on the reservation that Viator sent us. $50... wasted...

What an awesome experience! The restaurant choices were wonderful, the food was a mixture from everywhere and big portions for a tasting. We had latin food, Cuban food, pasta, bread, seafood, drinks, desserts. The variety was wonderful. Our guide, Ricky, was amazing. He was funny, interesting, told us so many neat facts and tidbits, he remembered everyone's name, he stopped us at interesting stops for pics (like Dash and Miami Ink). The places he took us were so good that we went back to two of them the next day! Jerry's deli was our fave. We bought extra treats on the tour and went back the next day for more treats. And my husband had to go back to the gelato place. Everything was tasty though. Now my husband wants to mix his beer with cream soda thanks to Bolivar!

Great way to learn Miami Beach. You can go to the beach, shop, visit museums and much more. Alex was a great tour guide of the beach route. He knows what movies were filmed where. Some of the other guides were lazy. The Bay Cruise was great. You should reserve your cruise at the boat's kiosk, because it fills up. Don't wait too long to get into the boarding line or you may not get on the boat or be stuck in a bad seat. If you start out on the bus tour at the Bayside Shops, you have to turn your voucher into a ticket before going on the bus. The boat tour is in the marina on the other side of Bayside and not by the bus stop. The buses stop too early for you to do everything in one day. This was my second time using the Hop-On and will use it again. It's cheaper than taking a taxi to all the places.
