The Tour was great and the guide was very friendly and helpful. I do recommend it for all Miami tourists.

It really was a pleasure for us to choose this Small-Group Miami Boat Tour: Biscayne Bay Sightseeing Cruise, to go there and to see.... I could not decide between The Grand Miami Air Tour or a small group miami boat tour, but I finally decide for the second one and It really was the better decision! We enjoi it soo much, also have an oportunity to see a dolphins very close around the boat and ti was just amazing! Our captain was very nice man with lots of information that he told us. Definitely, go for it! Just be shure to take a sun glasses and a sweatshirt ;)

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, which was a whole day tour. We got to see a lot of the city by bus, boat and airboat and also the local wildlife. A good outing and even with tipping, was still very good value for money.

City sightseeing with Harry was awesome, very knowledgeable, very passionate, great sense of humour. Most enjoyable.
Biscayne Bay Cruise, think the driver would rather have been anywhere else maybe shovelling dirt. Spent most of time steering with his feet and playing with his 'phone with the occasional "someones house to the left" and we had 5-6 to choose from. NOT GOOD
Everglades Airboat Ride, awesome loved it, would love to go back just to do a longer boat ride and not worry about the Aligators.

Had an amazing trip with Ocean force adventures and Capt Matt. This tour was the highlight of our Miami trip. We had a beautiful day and saw Miami from a different perspective. Small tour was so much better than the mass crowd and booming microphones in the other boats later saw. Book it ASAP.

Overall an enjoyable time. Air-boat was awesome.There were two area of concern. 1)Windows on bus were nearly opaque, making it difficult to see through. It certainly prevented me from taking pictures. 2)After we got off the bay cruise there was no bus to pick us up. Must have been 15-20 minutes before it arrived. We started wondering if it was going to come.

We were extremely pleased with the tour(s) and it was well worth the price. I do think you would get better response to the tipping if you let tourists know that there are about 8 requests from different drivers and guides for cash tips. We ran out of cash. Perhaps you could include a certain amount of recommended for tips in purchase of tours(s) and split it between all of them.

it was worth it. in a day the tour covered three activities - city tour, boat tour of Miami Beach and Everglades park. Drivers were very good as guide and drivers. We could not have done this on our own on $ 65 per person.
I recommend it to tourists on short schedule and limited budget.

There were too many things on the Go Miami card, many of them really good, but we could cover hardly 3-4 of them in the provided time period. We got a good worth for our money anyways. So its a recommended purchase. If you have a car, or lots of energy, then you might be able to cover a lot of great tours and things using this card! Don't forget to check the discounts and offers, esp for Hector's watersports (jetski)!! That was the best part of our tour!
