Doing what: Key West Day Trip
This tour is extremely long and I would not recommend unless there was something particular you wanted to do. Was picked up from the hotel at 6.30am and did not get back until 10pm. The bus was an older one and my seat as well as a couple of others did not go to their upright position. The bus was full so could not move and for a 3 hour bus trip not comfortable. We arrived in Key West at 11.30 and left at 5.45. I did the hop on hop off tour which was well done but not many points of interest some stops were just at hotels. Some went snorkelling but I understand it was a further 2 hour boat ride each way for an hours snorkelling. The glass bottom boat for 2 hours might be a good option.

The trip was in general pretty good. The only negative side is that we had to change the bus in Miami and move to another one half full already...So the seats were not good (right near the restroom). Otherwise, the driver was helpful and the rode was beautiful. I would recommend this trip if you have never been to Key West and don't have much time to go there and explore it on your own.

Hispanic bus driver's accent was quite heavy and the high speed at which he spoke made it very difficult to understand what he was saying. Upon arriving at Key West we were given little to no instruction ( other than a finger point in the general direction) of where to go for the hop on hop off trolley tour. This resulted in us boarding and ultimately being kicked off the wrong trolley, never to actually see our trolley anywhere in the street until toward the end of the day.

Terrible, Bad seats, bad driver, A/C did not work on the way back, the driver left Key West 45 minutes late after asking passengers to be there early

Fun interesting trip - 4 hours travlleing each way, 5-6 hours in Key West - Hard Rock Cafe great for lunch - wouldn't bother with the aquarium or treasure museum as they werent worth the extra cost

The bus pick up was stated at 6:00 am, however it did not arrive until 6:30 am.
We could not understand a word that the driver was saying. He lacked clarity in his speech. As a result people lost interest, were sleeping and generally not paying attention. It would have been great if we had someone who was more articulate in his speech. Key West as a destination was great.

El viaje estuvo muy bueno. El chofer de la guagua llego a tiempo a recojernos. Lo malo fue que llovio todo el dia y despues de un viaje tan largo, no pudimos hacer actividades de la playa. Todo lo que se pudo hacer fue la excursion por la ciudad.

This trip description is very misleading. Several people were under the impression the trip was a full day boat excursion as was I. The cost for a two hour boat trip which took forty five minutes each direction to get to the reef only left less than 30 minutes to see the reef. The guide who described the marine life was excellent.

Bus was late picking us up, no toilet on board for 3 hour drive, stop for toilet but only two toilets in McDonalds for a bus load of people, got stopped by the cops also. Tour guide was informative, and great place to visit however dont think I would go with that particular tour company again.

Awesome trip! The email confirmation gave a wrong time for us to be picked up so we missed the bus on the first day; after a quick call to Gray Line they rescheduled us for the next day.. The people at Gray Line were simply awesome, as was the entire tour! We would definately recommend this tour!

Wonderful!
That was my second time in Key West (the first time I took a tour from a different company). The tour is well organized ans the tour guide is friendly. Also, there is a tour guide and a driver (in some of the tours it is just the driver and he is the person responsible to give touristic information). Another highlight from the tour is the sunset stop. It was so pretty!!! I already recommended it to my friends who were thinking about going to Miami. Excellent experience!
