We really enjoyed this tour! The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The transportation was comfortable and the use of the indvidual receiver and earbuds was a nice touch.
This was a great tour even if it was almost 40C! The guide (unfortunately I can't remember her name) was very informative, humorous and even when we found the castle closed (because of a strike) she was not put off her game.
We rated the "Last Supper" as the number 1 highlight of our 3 weeks in Italy. If only they could organise the Sistine Chapel like this.
The guide was very personable and knowledgeable and made the tour enjoyable as well as informative. She shared her passion for, and joy in Milan with us and made the history of the city come alive. What a privilege to see the Duomo and the Last Supper plus other monuments all in one half day.
Consistently great guides with all my Viator tours. Knowledgeable, personable, we always knew when and where to meet etc. First time using Viator. Likely to use again.
Very good and knowledgeable guide was sarah.Really enjoyed the tour but as it was only a half day tour so still not enough time to see everything to do with leonardo. So would definitely recommend in the morning you do your own tour with audioguide of pinacoteca ambrosiana at your own pace to fully immerse yourself in the codex.
Just as an aside if you are a fan of leonardo would definitely recommend the leonardo museum next to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
Yes i think it was a bit pricy 18 euros including audioguide. But it does stay open to 11pm and has some of the best lifesize models, computer screens explaining everything in english i have ever seen and i have been to other leonardo museums in italy.
It was well worth the money, very informative, saw a lot,my Wife and I really enjoyed
And seeing the last supper was the icing on the cake
excellent tour in all respects. the tour guide was very knowledgable and engaging.
The guide for this tour was absolutely terrific. He was a Frenchman but spoke perfect, even rapid English. His knowledge level about the varipus topics he covered was excellent. He could easily be a Professor at a good university and teach history. He also had a good raport with those on the tour. A good sense of humor too. Very knowledgeable on the Last Supper painting and all of its history.
Only downside, given that this was a walking tour on a hot afternoon. I would guess that the
distance covered was between 2 and 3 miles on mostly cobblestone streets. You need to be in good physical shape to take this tour.
Overall though probably one of the best tours taken.
Totally awesome. Our tour guide was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and we so so enjoyed all the information and sites she shared with us. This tour should not be missed if you go to Milan. Thanks so very much..... Viator made it so easy to see a special tour in Milan on a tight schedule. Thanks again a couple from Texas.
Excellent tour. Guide was engaging, organized, receptive, very knowledgable. Itinerary was very good. I learned a lot. Last Supper was major treat.
This was a highlight for us. Our tour guide was brilliant - a font of knowledge, passionate about Milan and 'the last supper'! Zani Viaggi, the tour provider, are simply excellent!
All the important places that you should not missed in a single tour. Of course 'The Last Supper' is the main focus.
This was a great way to get an overview of the city. It was our first time on a segway and our guide, Mirella, was also a wonderful teacher. Mirella was also very friendly, informative and was always concerned about our safety. Her inside knowledge of Milan added so much more to the tour. She offered suggestions on good areas to go to for some night life and good dinners; places where locals would go. She also told us about the "happy hour buffets" that some cafes offered....and we took advantage! We had a terrific time and would certainly do it again in another city.
Rafaella was an excellent guide and gave lots of information about Milan as well as the situation in the city as to the economy and what is happening in Italy in general. Well worth the money.
What can I say I really enjoyed this..guide was fabulous...
