Great trip and excellent service. Perseus was our driver and he took great care of my family and I. The river was a class 1-2 and it was great for the kids. Shane was our guide and he was excellent . Great rope swing in the middle of the trip

Driver and guides were fun, safe, and great. It's an hour drive each way from Montego Bay to Rio Bueno. You got to see some of the landscape of Jamaica, not so much of Montego Bay itself, this is a full day excursion.Kayaking was beginner level, don't expect huge thrills.Beautiful river, highly recommended!

This tour was wonderful. At the school we were entertained by 4 year olds and then we went to a plantation where we sampled coconut water from our own coconut grapefruit and sugar cane we saw different birds and discussed crops etc after this we ate jamaician food which consisted of jerk chicken jer

We had a great tour guide. He was very informative and catered to our every need. I left my hat at Margaritaville in Montego Bay and he went all the way back from the ship and retrieved it for me. I recommend this tour to everyone. I will submit pictures later.
Thanks the women from Washington State.

Enjoyed this excursion very much.Staff at rafting location excellent.Called ahead for transportation from cruise ship but was greeted with alot of confusion on who our driver was.Waisted 30 to 45 minutes to get the driver.

Kayaking was absolutely awesome. Jumping from the platform is tricky but definitely fun! Guys are pleasant and funny. Go out of their way to help you out. Locals can get a bit pushy about asking for money or buying their products but, hey...it is Jamaica Mon. Overall good excursion

Dunn's River Falls is beautiful and climbing it was mildly challenging, but very fun and an experience I will always remember and would repeat if I come back to Jamaica. The horseback riding portion was okay, but not as enjoyable as the falls. You might try the falls alone or with another activity.

I feel this excursion was overrated for the rafting excurions. There were no more that 4 rapids chanleged during the tour.
However Errol was a great tour guide. He was patient with everyone and helpful to us.

The rafting was fun and easy enough for anyone who can sit in a kayak. The pickup at the ship was a nightmare. Could not find the tour operator. Had 4 different Jamaicans call on their cells phones, no answer, finally someone got another number and reached someone who picked us up 2 hrs late

Once the driver arrived, he was friendly and accommodating. However, we had to wait over an hour for him to pick us up after we got off our ship! The caves were great. The stop at Whitter Village was okay - not many stores to choose from. Overall, a good excursion that got started late.

Dunns River Falls was brilliant but the transport was ridiculous - we were taken in a clamped out old car which we were told that the air con was broken so we had to have the windows open! Never saw any of the travel time (1hr 40 mins) my hair was all over my face with the wind blowing! After the brill walk up Dunns River Falls we were taken to a shack in the middle of nowhere for the horseback riding tour (the poor horses didn't look very healthy!) and taken through a forest passing through secluded areas passing an old factory where people were living in (shack) to a small beach which we went along for less than 5 mins! However our 2 horse guides were very nice and kindly videod our experience with our camcorder (taking a tip at the end). Overall the trip was good but would not book this tour again - I would only do Dunn's River Falls (but not with the tour operator Viator used) and would not go with the horseback riding tour again. This package needs to be reviewed! Very disappointed overall!

Actual tubing time was 45 minutes or less. Guide held on to tube entire time....no freedom to take mellow rapids alone. Stopped once at site with a swing, just a stop for locals to scalp wares. Pulled to ocean by a smoking flat bottom boat. Most disappointing excursion I have ever been on.
