We had a wonderful time and our guide, Jean, was entertaining and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the stops on the tour and felt like we were given adequate time, in the beginning, to visit the different places on our own. Because of road construction/repairs traffic was bad or because we had to wait for some of our tour members to return to the bus at times, we felt like the last stops were rushed and maybe even cut short. Now that we've had the bus tour and we know where places are, we might just make our way back on our own to see more than just a brief minute from the parking lot of Saint Joseph's Oratory, for example. However, we really enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see Montréal. Thank you.

The guide/driver on this tour absolutely made Montreal come alive! He was able to blend into his narrative a magnificent combination of contemporary Montreal with the historical. We saw sights and experienced locations which pointed out the greatness of this beautiful city! I left the tour with a long list of activities, locations and attractions to revisit.

It was a very memorable trip. The bus driver was extremely nice and helpful. So was the tour guide at Quebec city.
I wish you had tours that allow people to stay for a few hours more to enjoy the evening in the old city and start the return journey late at night or next day.

I had a wonderful time on this tour! It was my first tour with Viator and I was traveling alone. I felt safe, comfortable, and learned a lot about the history of both Montreal and Quebec city. The city was beautiful! We had a great tour guide in Quebec city, very knowledgable, and interesting. I would not hesitate to take another tour with your company!

The Hop-on Hop-off Tour was great. I would suggest rather than dealing with Viator that you purchase your tickets from the Tourism Information on Peel and St. Catherine. We tried phoning Viator for information about this tour (i.e. where to get on etc.) and they would or could not tell us. They said the information would be available once the ticket was bought and you printed your voucher. Not true. You still had to go the the main Information Place for the start. There was no or little savings going through Viator. It is the same bus 'Grayline' that viewers may have seen while researching for a similar tour like this. Viator is just a broker company that confused us and waisted a lot of our traveling time trying to get information out of them. It also took a long time trying to get through to Viator on the phone. If you do use Viator make sure you book this at home where you have more time to deal with them if you have questions.

The day trip was absolutely worth it. Serge, (the driver and tour guide) was funny and informative. Roc, the guide in Quebec City was incredible. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. It was a shame he was with us for a limited time. Quebec City was beautiful and the guides made me have a greater appreciation of the history behind the incredible buildings. Both guides were correct when they said 75% of those that take the tour return to visit Quebec City. I will be one of them.
