We had a great time on this day trip. We loved Quebec City! We did not take the cruise, and we barely had time to walk around this beautiful town. The driver and the local guide were superbly entertaining and informative. The two stops on our way to and from Quebec were perfectly timed. Plus, we took great pictures of the fall foliage. A great experience all in all.

All our arrangements were made thru your LV office. When we arrived in Montreal we called Greyline tours as instructed by your office. We told her the pier where we were at and she told us to stay put and look for the Greyline bus at 9:15 for pick up. After 9:15 and watching lots of people come and go on different tours we never saw a Greyline. We asked different people and no one seem to know where we should be meeting the bus. Finally, someone suggested we take the elevator down and walk out front to security. We took the elevator down and were told by security personnel that we were not allowed down there. After we showed him your comfirmation letter he directed us to another security station on the ground floor outside. We had no choice as he wouldn't let us go back up so we were out in the cold. At that point we met 4 other travelers who were going on your tour and they were as lost as we were. The security women said there was a shuttle bus (not a Greyline bus) that was waiting down there but left as no one was there. We ended up walking 2 blocks with our luggage and my husband with a cane to get a taxi. It cost us $17.00 plus $3.00 tip for a total of $20.00 which I feel should be reimbursed as this was not our fault. When we called that morning why didn't the women tell us where to meet the bus. The tour itself was good but getting there was just too much trouble.

There was some confusion at the visitor center. 11 of us had paid for the tour but no one came to take us to the bus that was parked around the corner so we missed the 10am tour so they had to partially refund our money and get us on the next bus at 11am.

Otherwise, the tour was great. We opted not to even get off but to return the next day to the stops we wanted to fully explore. We had a wonderful guide. She had a lot of personal stories that related to each location.

A good option to take a first look to the city and chose places to visit after the tour. Jean, the drive-guide was excellent.

This was a long day, Loved Quebec and interesting countryside, Although if you go just to see the falls you don"t get all that close. Good value tour.

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Gave us a quick overview of the city on our first visit there. Thought it was a bit expensive for what we got. Rated 4 star.

Doing what: Food Tour of Montreal's Little Italy Including Jean Talon Market

The food Tour was extremely informative-the samplings of food were like a Reward for choosing this tour. The walk was very comfortable, all locations were within easy access to the Jean Talon Market. The guide offered many historical highlights of the area as it evolved from just a bus terminal area. The Italian neighborhood was interesting.

Quebec City is a small city that can be easily seen in one day. This trip lets you do exactly that. For the price of a return train ticket you get a nice tour through the main places in Quebec with a good explanation of what you are watching, from the perspective of history.

Our bus driver and our local Quebec City guide were both knowledgable and entertaining. I highly recommend this day tour from Montreal to Quebec City.
