Comment from JC
If you want a great view of the Schloss, a vigorous yet achievable hike around the nearby mountain of Tegelberg is in order. This mountain surges up from an alpine field with no foothills as a preamble, to a height of 1,881 meters. The route to the top is well sign-posted from the ticket office for the castles.
