Doing what: Napa and Sonoma Wine Country Tour
The country wine tour was great. Just enough for the day and I did not have to drive.
The only thing was the location of where to get the was not clear. Viator is a broker for many tour packages and the name and address was not clearly described. We asked many peo

Doing what: San Francisco Supersaver: Muir Woods and Wine Country Tour
The overall trip was great! The wine was good and the muir woods was a nice stop. I did wish we could have been there a bit longer though. Be aware, the road to get to muir woods can cause some motion sickness (did for one of the passengers).

I really enjoyed this tour. The guide was very knowledgable. Wine country was beautiful. And the vineyards were amazing. The one problem I had was the tour guide didn't talk in full sentence, as though he was trying to dumb down the tour for the foreigners. No offense, but I don't think some of them were going to understand what he was saying, whether or not he was "dumbing" it down for them, and it just kind of confused us and took away from the experience. That was my only complaint.

This tour was great. Not too much and not too little. Just right. Our tour guide/bus driver was very informative and very nice! The wineries were good for the price we paid. We tasted to our hearts content. I would recommend this to my friends.

Convenient way to escape city and explore wine areas of Sonoma and Napa Valley without driving. The pick up at our hotel in San Francisco allowed us to not have to rent a car and also enjoy the tastings of wine at various host sites and not drive after drinking!! We would highly recommend this tour.

Had a great time. Nice pace. Driver very knowledgable but kind of cynical humor that at times was not PC.

Doing what: San Francisco Supersaver: Muir Woods and Wine Country Tour
The Muir Woods were beautiful and peaceful. The winery stops were pretty nice. Not the best wine in my opinion, but I didn't really want to spend a lot of money on wine that day, so I didn't mind. I did purchase a bottle from Madonna Estates. Our tour guide was fantastic, great personality, great energy, very knowledgeable. He took us to a great spot at the end of the trip to take some beautiful pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. Overall, it was a very good tour and I would recommend to others.

iI THINK 2 WINE TASTINGS ARE SUFFICIENT. MAKE IT THE 1ST AND LAST WINERIES. THE REST OF THEM ARE JUST UNNECESSARY EXTRAS.
A LONGER PERIOD AT THE MUIER WOODS COULD THEN BE PROIVDED.

Tour Guide was great! He really kept things interesting and entertaining. Muri Woods would have been great if it had not been raining so hard. But overall enjoyed looking at the beautiful trees. As for the Wineries, only the first place we stopped was good. The other two were just ok.

We were in SF for the weekend (feb. 2-3) and were looking for things to do. I found this tour through lonely planet and thought it was a great deal. The tour allowed us to see two of the items on our list and we didn't need a rental car (we stayed in union square and took the rain to/from airport). Our tour guide, Andy, was incredibly knowledgeable. Having his insight throughout the tour was invaluable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see these places and learn the history but wants to leave the homework to someone else. It was a perfect day!

Doing what: Customizable Wine Country Tour from San Francisco
Mark was funny and I really enjoyed the history he gave regarding the places we toured. He also gave great recommendations regarding where to eat during lunch. I enjoyed the fact that I didn't feel so rushed and enjoyed the small group so that there was more of an intimate feel to the tour.
