In terms of the hop on hop off bus, the service was excellent, only let down by Naples itself - very seedy and dirty. Never mind.

This was a great trip.. we did the hop on tour the staff were on the bus was great. The view wonderful. A must do.

This is best way to see the most important place at Naples. We take the tour twice ina day and was really helpful.

Taxi from hotel to board bus from central location by Port.
Purchased a 32 stop tour on three routes was informed that one of the tour routes only operated on Sat. and Sun as i booked for a Monday iwas not informed about this at time of booking.
Also was informed that the tour would have cost less if i had purchased on the day.
However did enjoy the trip as a whole

The hop on/off bus was the best option for us. We saw the best parts of Naples and loved the drive along the sea.

sorry to say the hop on hop off was the least interesting of all cities in Europe,best by far was Cape town.

The very best way to get an overview of Naples. Bus staff extremely helpful with directions to attractions we wanted to see that were nearby the hop-on-off bus stops.

Good tours with a choice of 3 to hop on and off of. We had an unexpected detour thanks to the Naples Marathon, which was fun.It was the first tour of the day o hopefully did not leave anyone stranded. Would help if they were a little more frequent but a great way to orientate yourself in a bustling city.

Very very enjoyable. We were able to do 2 of the 3 bus routes. Would recommend that the bus schedule be included by Viator in the confirmation. It would have helped us plan our day in advance. Also since the Metropli location is currently under construction would have liked to know that.

Great way to get carted around to the main attractions in the city. Would have gotten a better rating if the weather coorporated. It was raining all day so that limited our site seeing excursions.

Unfortunately the instructions on where to get on the hop on hop off bus were incorrect. This caused me to lose time and not being able to see all the sights I wanted. Your instructions said I could pick it up at Piazza Municipio when actually it was at the castle around the corner and down the street. Also I stood in line to turn in my voucher to be told I would turn it in on the bus, I stood in line for the bus and the door was closed in front of me as it was full. I then had to wait for 20 more minutes for the next bus. In all I lost about an hour of time. Had I not already paid for this I would have left. I am not happy I did not get to see anything but the museum.

The city of Naples we found very dirty, garbage everywhere. The bus was safe but we only got off to change lines.If in Naples this was a good way to see the city if you plan on staying on the bus. With the traffic so heavy the information tape did not line up with what we were actually seeing.

The Hop on Hop off tour was very informative. I love the history. The only suggestion is to know when the next bus arrives. Perhaps they told us and I didn't hear but I waited for some time.
