This tour was extremely interesting, but the lunch stop at the Smorgasbord was horrendous. Food on the floor, bland recipes, extremely outdated surroundings and there was a dead cockroach on the ice cream freezer door. The guide was very knowledgable and fun though and both the Hermitage and Bel Meade were great places to visit. Had a small group, which was a plus. I would definitely recommend this tour, but when the bus stops at the Smorgasbord...GO NEXT DOOR TO CARL JR!

This was a very nice tour. I felt the time at Andrew Jackson's Home was too short, due to the pickup of all the passengers and the Belle Meade was longer than necessary (because of wine tasting). I loved how one of the passengers was staying down town and we got a tour of the city from our driver when dropping that passenger off. The tour states to be out in front of hotel at 9:00 a.m. but he didn't show up unit 9:30 so it would be nice if they gave a better idea of time of pickup so you aren't just standing around waiting.

We were disappointed on how our tours began. We made them before leaving. We even received a phone call prior to leaving verifying where our hotel was for pick up on Monday and Wednesday. 4/29 and 5/01. We were at the Courtyard Marriott, on 4th Ave. We were told to be out there between 1:00pm and 1:15pm. Our tour was begin on 4/29 the Nashville Grande Ole Opry House and Hotel. On Monday we were waiting and waiting and no one ever showed up at 1:30pm . We called and were told that had use staying at the Opryland Hotel. They sent someone to pick us up and drop us off and the train station downtown where another driver picked up us. By the time we got to the Opry House the tour was way under way. Several drivers from your company could not understand why they had us down for pick up and the Opryland Hotel. We ended up changing our tour to Tuesday to go to the Stars homes and Wed to the Opry House and Resort. This changes our plans for both days as we had things scheduled in between. The driver when we got to the Opry House took us to the Country Music Hall of Fame where they dropped us onff on that Monday. Not a good start and very disappointing. Overall we loved the city of Nashville, the people, food and entertainment. I would however like to Commend your driver names "JIM".
Great personality. We had him over the 3 days as our driver. He could not believe it and kidded around when he addressed everyone on the bus that we had been together for awhile. THis was on a positve note. Great person. Very knowledgeable. Entertaining... So overall not a good start for a retirement get away we had been planning for while.
Please tell him the Votta's send out Love.

we got to the show with very little time to go into any shops - the people that were on our bus that had to get tickets would have been late for the show. Luckily we had our tickets so we got to the show in time.

the show was great and the bus ride was fun on the return with our driver. Just timing on pickup should have been better

I was so grateful to have the opportunity to get on a bus and have an informed guide tell me the history of Nashville. Especially at such an affordable price. Also, to have them come to your hotel and pick you up saves on travel fiasco's. It was so simple and kept my trip relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you!

If you have never been to the Grand Ole Opry you should go just for the expereince of being there. My husband and I only wished there had been some current artisits invloved in the show. There were mostly "Old Timers"
