The Sikh temple has an amazing open kitchen with huge vats of curry and women making chapattis on an enormous scale to feed anyone in the city who is hungry. A wonderfully leveling experience to visit.

Respect the prayer times -- tourists are asked to wait outside during that time. And shoes are collected prior to entering the grounds. Another beautful structure in Delhi.
