Doing what: New Orleans City Bus Tour

Good, but very rushed and didn't see as much as I thought we would. Saying that guide was excellent.

Doing what: New Orleans Power Pass™

Not sure why we had to pick tickets up downtown - this was very inconvenient. Was not told that could only use transportation once per day.
Led to believe that tours included transportation ie. passed on the swamp tour because of the excessive cost of transportation. I find your advertisement as at least misleading.

would never use this service again - would have been easier and cheaper to arrange from our hotel.

Doing what: New Orleans Garden District Ghost Tour

Not what we expected at all - tour guide talked about everything and everybody she had met - bit boring

Doing what: New Orleans City Bus Tour

Great city tour! Garden district, french quarter, cemetary, you see it all and learn a lot of the history of new orleans.

Doing what: New Orleans Power Pass™

It is well worth it to get the Power Pass, but you need to be well organized and know when tours are given, because Grey Lines themselves are not very well organized and consistent with what they do or do not tell you. Some staff are ok, but overall, the worst part of getting the Viator Pass was eealing with the Grey Lines staff.

Doing what: New Orleans Power Pass™

The tour guides were great. It wasn't bad making reservations for events but it should be known that tours only run once a day for most of them so make sure to reserve the day before. Also, we were told that once we got to New Orleans that we would get a pamphlet of restaurants where we would get further discounts. When we asked for it, nobody knew anything and said there was no such thing. Good value for the money but make sure you check times. Would recommend.

Doing what: New Orleans City Bus Tour

The tour guide made the tour great. He knew so much and never really stopped talking...... the cemetary though was creepy and we didn't need to walk it. Beside that very interesting.

Doing what: New Orleans Power Pass™

This pass does not include transportation to some of the major attractions, such as the swamp tour and plantation tours. In order to get to those, you really have to have a car, or be gouged ($25 per person to get to the swamp 28 miles away). We bought the 5 day, and in retrospect, I think the 3 day would have been sufficient, as there are great deals to be had all over town. My major complaint, though, was the transportation. It would have been better to purchase a tour which included that cost.

Doing what: Garden District Walking Tour

This was a great walking tour. First big deal was you only had to walk to the waterfront and they took you to the Garden District in a bus, rather than you having to get to and from by yourself. They provided water and a wonderful guide who was full of fun facts and interesting stories. This is the third Garden District WalkingTour I've been on and absolutely the best.
