It was perfect. I didn't buy enough pictures and ordered reprints but won't have the cardboard frame. Would love to be able to get one of those to put my reprint in.
Lunch was really good,Jazz music was excellent,but could not hear it from outside of the dining area; We missed most of it because we did not know they were already playing.
Well organized and well worth the price. It was the highlight of our visit to New Orleans.
Great experience and the views were breathtaking. The food was perfect and the host were very helpful and friendly. A little pricey but was worth it in the long run

Great authentic steamboat trip. The food was lovely, the band were great and the views from the river were fabulous. I would recommend this to any visitors.

Highlight of my trip. Great jazz, awesome food-buffet style, all you can eat- have the creamed spinach. The tour is only 2 hours, but you can get on board the ship an hour early. Do this. The band starts playing immediately, and you will get an extra hour of jazz to enjoy.

We have only one complaint. The printed vouchers from Viator stated that we could have transportation from our hotel to the Gray Line ticket office. When we called Gray Line, they informed us that they do not offer transportation to their ticket office. They said they had informed Viator of this fact, but that Viator had not corrected their vouchers.
The steam engine was fascinating, the narrator excellent and the food was poor.
A pleasant trip slightly further out of New Orleans - not particularly interesting scenery. Enjoyed looking in the engine room. Food good and plentiful.
If you were on the wrong side of the boat, the speaker explaing what was on the shore was the opposite side, we did not here anything about our side
I thought this was going to be a tourist trap but I was proven wrong. The evening cruise is very enjoyable, the band was excellent, food was ok. A lovely way to enjoy the mississippi river and the old tradition of a steamboat.
A nice cruise, but not too many sights. Enjoyable experience.
Our trip was great! We had such a good time! It was easy working with VIATOR!
