Doing what: Steamboat Natchez Harbor Cruise

Everything was nice. Two hours of pleasant relaxation.

City tour excellent - interesting route. Would have liked more time, however, in the Garden District to enable us to walk around ,for say 30 minutes. Better idea than a 15 minute Cemetery stop, early in the Tour!! Driver very informative.

Doing what: Steamboat Natchez Evening Jazz Cruise

This was an enjoyable way to see the New Orleans area via the Mississippi. The Dixieland Jazz Band could be heard throughout the boat so you didn't have to sit in one spot to enjoy them. There was narration at the beginning of the trip that gave you some history of the area and what you were seeing on the shore. The food was uninspired but good. Seating in the dining room is a little cramped.Be sure and bring a light jacket if you want to sit outside after the sun goes down.

On a very cold day in New Orleans, 10deg.the boarding arrangements were very efficient. The on board commentary was good although we could not hear it very clearly.
The major downside however was that the electricity failed so that we could not hear the jazz band at all.

Very enjoyable---i learned quite a bit about the mississippi river and the history of new orleans. The tour was relaxing and at the same time exlerating. The lunch however was disapoitimg

Worth the money.....City tour is too short although it is comfortable. Steamboat Natchez is WELL worth the trip and certainly enjoyable. Suggest you move around all parts of the boat.

It was pretty cold on the day we went, so we stayed inside. The food was pricy Over all we had a good time.

It was alright but we regret going at night as it was too cold to be outside of the cabin and we could not see a thing due to it being dark outside. The buffet was average but the bread pudding was awesome!!

Would not do again. We were herded around like cattle and the food was only fair.

Superb bus tour as were we greeted by one of the GreyLine managers who gave a quick over view of the city history, follwed by a local driver/guide who provided non-stop description and personal stories of his experience of living in "N'awlins".

The steamboat tour was equally informative, although to be honnest, there's not much to see along the industrial areas of the Mississippi river. But it was great to be on a paddle steamer and to experience live Jazz in the dining hall and sunshine on the deck, let alone the calloipe rendition!

Wonderful evening! Loved the jazz, loved the views!

what can i say except that value for money and the trip on the steamboat and coach
tour were both excellent would not hesitate to recomend viator trips to any of my
friends and were superb value for money when going abroad again iwould certainly
be looking at viator to book another trip.

We had been to NO pre Katrina, and it was interesting to see what had all occurred and why. Our tour guide was a local and did a very good job with the tour, he was polite, had a very good working knowledge of the area. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone.
