Great tour for our first trip to New Orleans, lots of history and information from our tour guide. Would Highly recommend. Always good tours on Viator.

It was a treat to be on the only paddle steamboat. The crew were very professional and the commentator was very informative about the history of the Mississippi River. The bus tour was also excellent, taking us around the city. The only thing we would have liked to see, but wasn't included, was the sports dome. All in all, an excellent tour!

We were looking forward to this tour based on the reviews, but we were surprised at how disorganised it was. The bar on the top deck had only one barman and the queue was long and slow. There was confusion on when the second dinner seating was to begin and there was another queue (and it was very cold on deck). The food was OK, but no choice of dessert, just bread pudding.
Pros: Excellent jazz musicians, interesting access to engine room

The hostess Gina. Made the trip so worth the drive over. The food was awesome. The bathrooms were spotless. But Gina made the evening something that I would highly recommend and I will return to take my two sons on that excursion.My stay at the Sheraton hotel near the convention center was terrible.

We loved the evening jazz cruise. The staff were wonderful, the food was fabulous, and the music was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate about doing it again the next time we're in New Orleans and recommend it to others.

Everything was wonderful, even our time waiting to board. While waiting to board we were entertained by music created from the steam of the ship! The Jazz band Jumbo Shrimp was very entertaining. The buffet dinner was great and offered a nice variety. Reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

It was very nice .But for the first time in New Orleans and on the Mississippi River should have done the lunch time frame
