Exploring New Orleans' Magazine Street

If you’ve made your way down south and are exploring the gorgeous and cheap avenues of New Orleans, you’ve likely been directed to spend some of your time exploring Magazine Street. This winding little street is a popular favorite for tourists and locals which offers boutique shopping in traditional New Orleans fashion—meaning that the shops are unique, the higher-end of them still have a distinctly New Orleans air to them, and you’ll likely be able to pick up some Voodoo paraphernalia while you’re wandering about.

Sound good? Great. This is why you should go. New Orleans and its gumbo mélange of people offer some of the best cultural experiences in the world and Magazine Street is a great way to explore them.
