Seems like just about everyone is gearing up for Halloween, but then this should be no surprise; many outlandish settle in New Orleans, and let’s not forget the Haitian roots here beckoning back to voodoo and the occult. Well, however spooky New Orleans can seem at times, it’s nevertheless a great time. It seems as if the whole city dresses up and comes out in costume – either with or without trick-or-treaters in tow.
