Doing what: Swamp and Bayou Sightseeing Tour from New Orleans
Great experience! Our guide Jason was amazing at spotting the hiding alligators. Boat ride was scenic and smooth and educational. Best of all was the chance to hold the baby alligator at the end- one of a kind! Would definitely do it again.

Doing what: New Orleans Cooking Class
This class was fantastic. We watched as the food was cooked while stories were told. Quite crowded in the dining area but great way to meet people - 6-8 people per table. The food was delicious. Especially the Pecan fudge.

If you are a "foodie" this is a must on the list. The instructor was warm and funny, the experience was just like sitting at a kitchen table and having a conversation with a friend.

Absolutely WONDERFUL! Delicious food, simple recipes, and the instructor was very entertaining. She gave us a history of the city of New Orleans, as well as culinary tips on how to prepare the featured dishes. This is a "must do" when visiting the city.

Doing what: Swamp and Bayou Sightseeing Tour from New Orleans
I booked this trip on the spur of the moment and had a great time. Our captain was knowledgeable and fun and we saw lots of aligators including one that was approximately 40 years old. Also saw turtles, heron, and hanging pirates, since it was Halloween. I would recommend this trip. And Viator was very easy to work with.

Doing what: Jazz Brunch Buffet at the Court of Two Sisters Restaurant
I was very excited for this brunch, having heard great things about this restaurant from friends who had visited New Orleans in previous years. While the restaurant and courtyard are gorgeous, and the wait staff terrific, the food was less than spectacular. I was underwhelmed by the quality of the brunch itself- there were lots of options, but perhaps they'd be better off serving less food and improving quality. The jazz musicians were barely audible, which was disappointing because from what we could hear, they were great! Overall, I'd still say this is worth doing but I recommend getting some beignets first to fill up :)
