Doing what: World Trade Center Walking Tour

Our guide was Dr Kevin Dann, since their were only 6 people in our group, Kevin filled us in with so much history about downtown NY that we probably would not have had if we were in a crowd. He was full if knowledge and made our tour a delight. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Doing what: World Trade Center Walking Tour

from start to finish, the tour was splendidly handled by Kevin, who kept track of us nicely, attending to our needs, and he was very knowledgeable as to the sights and memorials we visited. At the end of the tour, he made sure we could find a taxi to return to our hotel. Viator also handled efficiently our initial contacts and scheduling. I would definitely use Viator again.

Doing what: World Trade Center Walking Tour

Took a guided tour of the buildings around ground zero!! I didn't realize we could get tickets for free or I would have skipped the tour!!! Too Long !!!! The actual memorial grounds are wonderful!!!! We will need to go back when all the building is done!!

We saw "The Book of Mormon" South Park creative, crass but fun. In contrast we saw Phantom of the Opera and Still Love It!!!

We went on the dinner cruise on Bateau New York!!! What a Treat,,,the pictures don't do justice ti the amazing views of NYC!!! The service and food were wonderful too!!!

Overall an amazing 2 days!!!! We will be back!

Doing what: World Trade Center Walking Tour

Great tour

This was a sobering day and when the 9/11 area is finished it will be as absolutely wonderful place of memory for those involved. Had a great day and walked over the Brooklyn Bridge and had lunch at Pier 17.

The trip was wonderful,so much information too.

Doing what: World Trade Center Walking Tour

The tour was very moving and informative. Our guide made many references to particular details and specific people effected directly by 9/11. Highly recommended. We took the 3 hour tour.

Doing what: World Trade Center Walking Tour

Very moving tour.Lead by a good guide.

Very good value for the money, the staff on the water taxi were very knowledgable on all the points of interest, and the 9/11 memorial was haunting and emotional, but would not have missed it, the museum isn't open yet, but the shop/visitor centre contains artefacts and the story behind them, and some intervies from victims families 10 years on.... Take your tissues with you. When the memorial garden is finished and the new towers finished it will be a sight to behold

Excellent trip- all went smoothly and having 9/11 ticket saved queuing there. Very moving experience at the memorial. inexpensive way to get about town and see the skyline from the Hudson and Statue of Liberty.

Enjoyed our cruise and the visit to the Memorial...all went as scheduled.

Doing what: World Trade Center Walking Tour

Although I enjoyed the tour, I didnt think there was enough valued added above the memorial itself that was free. The guide, although competed, was rather disconnected, having not been in NY at the time in 2001. He didn't seem to have as inside a knowledge as other guides - like the NYC in one day tour.
