Doing what: New York Harbor Hop-on Hop-off Cruise including 9/11 Memorial Ticket
This was an excellent choice for our particular purposes of a novel route to Ground Zero and Brooklyn.
Disappointing that the commentator was so biased giving an unbalanced view of the history between our two nations and for example totally ignoring the most beautiful aeroplane ever made which nestled beside the Intrepid and Enterprise.

Doing what: New York Harbor Hop-on Hop-off Cruise including 9/11 Memorial Ticket
We enjoyed our water taxi. We got very close to the statue of liberty, which was awesome. We saw New York differently from the water. The crew was very caring and wanted us to have a good time at each stop. The 9/11 memorial is something that everyone should see.

Doing what: Skip the Line: Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Walking Tour
The Tour was ok but was disappointed that we never got to go onto Ellis Island. We went to Ground Zero 9/11 Memorial instead. I do not think the weather helped on the day of my Tour it was pouring down with rain, so felt we never got to speak with Tour guide much as trying to keep dry.
But feel on a different day would be a good Tour.

Doing what: Walking Tour of Ground Zero with Optional 9/11 Memorial Admission
Our tour guide Tony was good and very animated - seems to truly love his job. The big disappointment was that we did not get to see the Memorial as a storm came up quickly and everyone scattered to get shelter and we were not able to locate the guide again.

Doing what: Walking Tour of Ground Zero with Optional 9/11 Memorial Admission
Guide was terrible, no access for strollers which wasn't told about before, left the tour early
Note from Viator: Thanks for your feedback. We pride ourselves on the quality of our guides so we are sorry that you found this one unsatisfactory. Our guides have all received outstanding feedback so we would like to know in what ways we may improve the guest experience.
The tour route has elevators for strollers and the handicapped however recently the elevators, which are beyond our control, have been out of service. We are amended our tour to state that it is no longer accessible for these guests until such time we feel elevator service can be relied upon.
Thank you again for valuable feedback and happy travels!

Doing what: Walking Tour of Ground Zero with Optional 9/11 Memorial Admission
This was one of my favorite tours on our trip to NY. The weather was very cold but seeing the famous Wall Street, Financial District and listening to our very knowledgeable guide was a wonderful experience. The Reflection Pools were beautiful because of what they represented. I am glad we took this tour.

Doing what: Walking Tour of Ground Zero with Optional 9/11 Memorial Admission
The tour went off without a really bad hitch. Tour guide Tony was excellent. His knowledge of the area was fantastic!! He was not supplied enough passes to the memorial, however, and our group had to split up. We were fortunate to get some of the passes he had, but we were unable to complete his portion of the narration. Please make sure he gets the passes he needs in the future. We were unable to bid him farewell.

Doing what: NYC Freedom Tour by Land and Sea including 9/11 Memorial Tickets
Most amazing trip and a truly wonderful tour. Stefan Stanley was knowledgeable and entertaining. I don't know when I have enjoyed a trip more. We are already talking about a return visit to NYC and will definately book another tour. Unike some tours in other places, I never felt rushed or thought I missed something or worried about getting lost in an unfamiliar town. My husband who never comments one way or the other on places we visit actually declared he had a great time! Stefan played a huge role in our enjoyment of New York. I arrived with no particular feeling for NY other then it was a place I wanted to mark off on my "bucket list" of things to do, and left in love with the city and the people. I can hardly wait for our return visit to experience more of this exciting, wonderful place. Viator you will hear from us again when we book our next amazing tour with you! Thanks for a terrific experience. WE LOVE NEW YORK AND VIATOR!

Doing what: New York Harbor Hop-on Hop-off Cruise including 9/11 Memorial Ticket
I booked this tour online in the UK prior to traveling to New York. It was well run and the guides on the New York Water Taxi were really knowledgeable. The fact that the hop on hop off boats were every 45 minutes was great as it gave you enough time in each place. Great value for money!

Doing what: Top of the Rock Observation Deck, New York
"FABULOSIO!"....highly reccomend......the only thing we would "add" is a description of how the "entering" of the 911 Memorial was going to go. "before" we were left there......it was a tad "disorienting" to be brought up to a HUGE crowd at the climax of the wonderful tour "with" the guides and just told to "get in line with the tour guides leaving "imediately"...we had no idea "which" line and what was to follow but we "figured it out" :O) Over all the tour was incredibly thorough....fabulous "kind" guides and we highly reccomend this tour!

Doing what: World Trade Center Walking Tour
Kevin was our tour guide on the 2.30 tour on Friday 29th March 2013. The tour was fantastic. Kevin made us of an iPad to show us pictures during various bits of the tour, which showed the site as it was. This was a great use of technology. Kevin was really informative and friendly. Def recommend.

Great day to see everything. Jim and Curnon (think that is how you spell his name) were brilliant. Fully recommend this trip.
