Wasn't too keen to do this trip but glad I did, it was very well run and we didn't have to wait too long to get to the start of the line. It is a very sad and sombre to see all those people and to think of their families, I am very glad I took the time to pay my respects.

Fantastic tour. First a nice hour in the boat. Then the boat took us to the helicopter. Exiting when the helicopter took a turn around Empire State Building. After that a car took us to our choice of destination. Really recommend it.

Very good - went to Chelsea market first which was brilliant. Our tour guide Annie was very informative and gave us some great tips for our stay in New York. Park was very busy but plenty of places to stop and rest and to have a drink. Look forward to new part opening and visiting on next trip.

Great being able to use water taxi to visit different places and it ran until 6 in evening. Not much of a queue on day of visit and easy to use voucher to access. Memorial very moving. Machines there to use to type in names of those that died and told you where their name was on memorial, which we used. Obviously lots of security but were not rushed.

First class service was incredible, open bar wasn't limited to beer and wine but the entire drink menu, service was incredible and the tour was memorable. Proposed to my girlfriend on this tour - very worth it! Couldn't have asked for a better time!

OMG what a wonderful experience - absolutely brilliant. The guide on the cruise was great (so was the champagne!) - a great way to see the statue as you get up quite close - the helicopter trip was amazing - thoroughly recommended !!

The service from Yellow Taxi was great. Thet our was fantastic, I will recommend this service to my friends. The 911 was a wnoderful experience. We saw the 911 back in 2001 and being at the location gave us peaceof mind that all of those who perished will not forgotten. The Memorial is a blessing and I hope the surviving family members will visit frequently. My family and I prayed for those who died and asked God to bless the surviving family members.

Great trip. So easy to see what we wanted to see ie: 911, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island . The best surprise was at the end of the day as wew were getting off the boat a man from your company said" FREE BUS to Time Square part of your ticket price" (guess we didn't read the fine print). This bus took us to Time Square where we had dinner reservation for 5PM. Beats walking like we did to get to the boat from Time Square.
We gave all the information and phamlets we had to our bus tour director as we went to NYC from Rhode Island by bus.. She said the next trip she does she will offer this Hop On Hop Off information to anyone who would like to see the city and sites this way.. Thanks again

I thought this tour was fantastic! It was pouring rain the morning of our tour and we were supposed to be there to board the boat at 9:00 am. In spite of our early start it was almost impossible to get a cab that morning, which made us arrive at the pier after 9:00. I didn't even have to ask if we could change the time. When I told the girl at the ticket booth we didn't make our departure time she just said, "Oh, we can change it to 10:00."

By the time our boat departed, the rain had stopped. There was still intermittent rain during the day but not enough to ruin the trip. The sun even shone a few times! Seeing the city from the water gives a different perspective of things and taking the boat tour gave us time to see some of the things we really wanted to see in NYC without the hassle of taking a cab....and at a much cheaper rate!

Everyone assoicated with the tour was very nice, even taking pictures for people on the tour. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who is visiting NYC.

My sister came to visit at such short notice and this was the quickest way to show her the highlights of New York City which was affordable, efficient and practical.

The food, the entertainment, and the service were better than we had hoped for. However, the best feature of the cruise was the fantastic view of the Statue of Liberty majestically lit up.
