Wasn't too keen to do this trip but glad I did, it was very well run and we didn't have to wait too long to get to the start of the line. It is a very sad and sombre to see all those people and to think of their families, I am very glad I took the time to pay my respects.

The best thing about this tour was going into neighborhoods we Californians would never find or know about on our own. It was a genuine Brooklyn experience and the food was excellent. Don't eat before the tour, they start feeding you right away. The tour guide was knowledgable, entertaining and witty. The tour itself covered all the bases and we were both very happy we went.

Great tour! Food was very good. Best polish kielbasa I have ever eaten and I'm polish! The tour guide Isaac, was informative, interactive and made it quite obvious that he loves what he does and loves the city he calls home. If you are considering it, I would certainly say go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Great being able to use water taxi to visit different places and it ran until 6 in evening. Not much of a queue on day of visit and easy to use voucher to access. Memorial very moving. Machines there to use to type in names of those that died and told you where their name was on memorial, which we used. Obviously lots of security but were not rushed.

Absolutely fantastic tour. Even though it was a bit of a rainy day, Issac looked after us very well. He took us to several amazing hidden gems and kept us interested for over five hours. Ate great food and learned a lot of about the Brooklyn culture. Issac was friendly and organized. A joy to tour around with. Highly recommended !

We had 12 persons on our tour and it was a cold, rainy and blustery day...a great time to tour Brooklyn in a nice Mercedes van.

We'd read that Issac was The Best tour guide, and indeed he was. Kind, courteous, personable, and best of all, humorous.

We appreciated that he gave us extra time where needed.

I highly recommend this tour and hope you'll get Issac as a guide.

Terrific guided tour with Issac who loves his job and brings to life this area. The foods were different and the places we went I would never have known about or been able to go on my own. The bus allowed us to see everything and the rainly day mattered not. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The service from Yellow Taxi was great. Thet our was fantastic, I will recommend this service to my friends. The 911 was a wnoderful experience. We saw the 911 back in 2001 and being at the location gave us peaceof mind that all of those who perished will not forgotten. The Memorial is a blessing and I hope the surviving family members will visit frequently. My family and I prayed for those who died and asked God to bless the surviving family members.

This was a fabulous way to begin a NYC holiday! The DUMBO neighborhood is filled with art with no pretense, and many, many friendly residents and shop owners. With its cobble-stoned streets and avenues, one could be in Amsterdam or parts of Boston/ San Francisco. The guide for this tour was an artist herself from Harlem; her comments on the galleries' works were up-to-date and informative. As well, her knowledge of the development of this neighborhood as one of Brooklyn's finest gems was genuine and interesting. I highly recommend this tour as you will come away feeling more a part of a sometimes overwhelmingly large city!

Great trip. So easy to see what we wanted to see ie: 911, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island . The best surprise was at the end of the day as wew were getting off the boat a man from your company said" FREE BUS to Time Square part of your ticket price" (guess we didn't read the fine print). This bus took us to Time Square where we had dinner reservation for 5PM. Beats walking like we did to get to the boat from Time Square.
We gave all the information and phamlets we had to our bus tour director as we went to NYC from Rhode Island by bus.. She said the next trip she does she will offer this Hop On Hop Off information to anyone who would like to see the city and sites this way.. Thanks again

Although we have been to NYC many, many times in the past, this tour introduced us to areas and foods that were new to us. Issac made us feel like we were his cousins who he was just showing spending the day with at some of his favorite spots. His stories made us appreciate each neighborhood and tasty treat to the fullest. This is one of those things that is "off the beaten path" and should not be missed if possible!
