Doing what: New York CityPass
Worked well. You could jump the line at the ticket box, but still had to queue for lifts and/or admission. Worth getting though

Doing what: Skip the Line: Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Walking Tour
For the most part it was ok. However, Viator being expert in Tours and Travel, you MUST caution your customers that Statue of Liberty is CLOSED prior to they purchase the tickets.

Doing what: New York CityPass
The City Pass was well worth it... although we would thought it a great benefit if Viator had provided some guidance about the best site to turn in the voucher. In our case we waited over 3 hours in line at the Rock Center. You can do your customers a great favor by at least providing guidance as to which places might be more "friendly" for picking up the pass books.

Doing what: New York CityPass
Spent a busy three days in the Big Apple. The citypass worked perfectly and we avoided queues at the Rock, the Empire State Building and the boat to the Statue of Liberty. We found the Natural History Museum a bit of a let down though - not a patch on the one in London!.
Well worth purchasing the pass

Doing what: New York CityPass
It was great and were able to skip lines because entrance fee was already paid. We went to every venue so it was a great deal.

Doing what: New York CityPass
New York is a place that everyone should put at the top of their wishlist.you need to stay at least 5 days to see and do everything, all the tourist hotspots and then a good walk around all the different parts of the city. The food is reasonably priced, the meals are HUGE,the people are very friendly and courteous, its alive 24 hrs.We thought our hotel next to central park was very well placed for ease of travel, including nthe subway, some of the downtown areas were a bit shabby looking, all in all an unforgetable experience and the NEW YORK CITY PASS is well worth buying in advance for easy access to all the main attractions
