Brilliant Tour, early entry to the Empire State Building and 911 memorial was worth the cost alone. The time allocation for each site was perfect and the hop on hop off water taxi was great as we utilised our ticket for the remainder of the day to head to Brooklyn and the Statue of Liberty.
Very disappointing tour, except for The Empire State Bldg. From there it went downhill. Waste of time and money. Debbie was obnoxious. The Intrepid tour was way too long. Never got to see Statue of Liberty. And with tickets still had a over an hour at the 9 11 Memorial. Would not recommend tour
This was a great tour with lots of value for your money. There were so many places and venues on this tour. Example -hop on hop off bus, hop on water taxi, walking tour of financial district, intrepid tour as well as advertised Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, and 9/11 Memorial. it was very nice to be at the front of the line and not have to wait for any of the attractions and transportation. I am sure all the guides are great but our guide Heidi was the very best. She was so informative , funny, and personal. She treated all of us on the tour as family. We were very fortunate to have Heidi as our guide.I give this tour a five star.
Excellent value. Quick service and access to the available sights. Top of the Rock, Empire State, Island cruise all fabulous.
Doing what: New York CityPass
This tour is exceptional. You get to start the day at the top of the empire state building, then head down to the aircraft carrier museum, followed by a water taxi to get off battery park then walk to see the 9/11 memorial. Overall a great experience
Coming out at the top of the Empire State is breathtaking!! Amazing views and a stunning building!!
Booked this on Viator as I had a discount coupon, otherwise would have booked directly with the Empire State Building. They have machines there to allow you to pickup tickets booked online, and that lets you skip some of the queue.
Our tour guide showed us so much of New York in a short amount of time with the VIP tour of Empire State, Intrepid, Ground Zero, and the Statue of Liberty. He was extremely knowledgable and entertaining. Perfect tour for first time visitors to New York City! We will be back!!
The convenience of simply walking right up to the ticket counter was invaluable. It allowed me and my group to be able to visit and Enjoy the Empire State's views without having to worry whether we'd have enough time to enjoy the other sights we wanted to. A must do for anyone visiting New York.
We didn't wait in any lines, the employees were very nice to begin with and treated us like VIPs. This trip only goes to 86th floor, you would need to buy separate tickets to the very top of empire state bldg or to see the Skyride.
Highly recommended for first timers in NYC. It saves you a lot of time when touring the important spots in the city. The inclusion of ferry boat ride, skyline ride, top of the rock/empire state building seem like much more than what you bargain for! Definitely worth it!
If your planning on visiting the Empire State Building purchasing the Observatory and optional skip the line tickets are a must...... The lines are insane. You get the convenience of walking straight to the front of any line saving you valuable time. The views are spectacular and you will appreciate NYC even more. It's not specifically written on the ticket so "Express Yourself" don't be shy walk right to the front of all the lines on the way up and down!
For me this trip to New York City was something I had wanted to do FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The tour starting at the Empire State Building at 7.30am was excellent with sufficient time to see all we wanted to and lots of information/facts from our excellent Tour Guide. Then onto the aircraft carrier Intrepid and the decommissioned nuclear submarine Growler - both excellent (and unexpected we didn't realise they were included so a bonus). The film show on Intrepid not to be missed. The 9/11 Memorial was very moving - we visited on 12th Sept - and emotional. Finally to the Statue of Liberty - sad to say we could not get off the boat (didn't realise that either) but it did not spoil what was a very full day but terrific. Great value for money.
was great wish we had more time, went in to the empire state building first no waitng in lines
A great tour if you've never seen NYC. it gives you a taste if some of the main attractions. Being first up the Empire State Building was fantastic. You don't want to spend half your day waiting in lines. We skipped the lines at the other attractions too which were really quite long. Jim was awesome
