This was an absolutely fabulous tour that we would recommend to anyone traveling to New York. Our tour guide "Anna" was fantastic. She was friendly, easy to listen to, gave clear instructions and information and kept us moving on time without rushing us. Being able to skip the long queues to go up The Empire State Building was a bonus, it was fun to ride the open-air bus and walk some of the tour after being on the water taxi.

Doing what: New York CityPass

I had a blast and having the City Pass really made it easier and stressfree. The pass is like a guiding tool that gives you great places to go like Empire State Building, cruises to see the city, Statue of Liberty and many Museums just to name a few. The best thing about it was that it definitely saved me money. I would recommend everyone to get this Pass. Trust me, you will not regret it.

Doing Empire State Building is probably one of the most touristy things to do i N.Y. But do it! The view from the observatory is worth every dollar! (Though Rockefeller has a better view of the park). Also I did feel a bit cheated paying double prize for express tickets when there was no cue to jump.

We had a great time on the tour. The tour guide was very knowledgable of the city and gave lots of information to us about the city during our tour. She was very friendly! I liked the early access to the Empire State Building and skipping the lines at the 9/11 Memorial. When we were on the Water Taxi they stopped right by the Statue of Liberty giving everyone plenty of time to take their pictures. The things that you get to do for the money is well worth it! Overall great experience and would recommend.

Fantastic way of going up - we got the express line tickets, we were walking pass hundreds of people waiting in line. So quick! The signs could have been better for the express lines, there was no signage what so ever. This tour will always be memorable for us, my boyfriend proposed to me on top of the Empire State. Awesome night!

Excellent tour with the majority of sight seeing done in one day with no waiting.

Our tour guide Suleyma (Sp?) was excellent, she has a bright blue light saber so you dont lose her, very informative and helpful.

Great thing about this tour was it was VIP the whole way through, skipping lines at the Empire State, Intrepid and Ground Zero.

This is a must for anyone wanting to see NYC.

Fantastic, we got there before the general public so no waiting and not too many crowds on top of the Empire State Building, Totally Totally recommend this tour.

A great tour, starting with a great view of the NYC skyline. Our tourguides Zu and Kernan were fantastic, very knowledgeable and always available for questions and giving additional information. It is an early start but well worth it. Even on a misty morning the views from Empire State Building were spectacular. From there we got on a bus and were taken to the Air and Space Museum and onto each of our other destinations, then onto a walking tour which included the Financial District ( Wall Street) and finally to the 9/ll memorial sight, before free time to take the water taxi back to Manhattan at our leisure. A very worthwhile tour!

EXCELLENT. One member of our party was in a wheelchair and the process of getting her up to the observatory deck was smooth and went without a hitch. Very efficient and helpful staff! The view was amazing and I was heartily recommend the Empire State Building Tour.

Doing what: New York CityPass

Spent a busy three days in the Big Apple. The citypass worked perfectly and we avoided queues at the Rock, the Empire State Building and the boat to the Statue of Liberty. We found the Natural History Museum a bit of a let down though - not a patch on the one in London!.
Well worth purchasing the pass

What a way to start your trip to NY!
Empire State building before the crowds was incredible. Tour guide was fantastic. Space shuttle was over whelming as was the 911 memorial. The bonus was the hop on hop off Hudson river water taxi and bus service. Why would you pay extra to see the Statue of Liberty when it can all be done on this tour
Well worth every cent. Very happy with the tour.

very worth while and thouroughly enjoyable. Lovely guide and nice to be on the Empire State building with just 13 other people.

Doing what: Viator VIP: Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty and 9/11 Memorial

Guide Michael needed to use a microphone with speaker as other quides have used as difficult at time to hear. Also Empire State building was disappointing as clouded in at the 7.30 am time of visit. We should kave beed allowed to come back later as by 12pm you could see the buiding from the ground thus would have had views. Boat trip was good as well as visit to aircraft carrier and submarine

Very nice tour...especially the early visit to Empire State building and the all day water taxi usage. Definately worth the time and money.

What a wonderful tour..JP was our tour guide, he is a marvellous tour guide-he met us prmptly at 7.20 amat the Empire State, about 12 in our party ( 4 families) we had the whole empire state observaory to ourselves-wow!!! he was informative, funny, helpful and he gave us a wonderful tour of New York that has left us with a personal view of how it ticks!!!
