Great value. All staff friendly and helpful. Access to 9/11 was easy - very moving. We got off at Fulton Street and walked back across Brooklyn Bridge which was something on our agenda. View of the Statue of Liberty was excellent. In all was a great day

Our trip down the river was very scenic even though the weather was quite overcast. the narrator was very knowledgeable and gave a great overview on everything that happened on 9/11. Our stop at ground zero was very moving and a must see for people visiting New York.

We were 8 people including 3 children ages 11,12,and14. Initially we went the water taxi route for the ease of obtaining tickets to the 911 Memorial. Outside of that feature, the trip was enhanced by the views of NYC from the water, close up look of Statue of Liberty and the view of Lower Manhattan. It was perfect way to see a lot while diminishing the amount of walking. The children thought this was the best part of their weekend in NYC. My only complaint is that there were no clear instructions on precisely where to exchange our voucher for tickets. The pier was very crowded and those of us going on the taxi were unable to find the location of the ticket officE as there didn't seem to be visible signage indicating the ticket office which is inside a gift shop. Instructions naming the ticket place should be printed on voucher. The crew was very helpful ,friendly and courteous. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to families, foreign visitors and anyone looking to see Lower Manhattan.

We could not have asked for a better experience and value. We took the combined 9/11 memorial visit and hop-on hop-off tour, which cost little over $50 for two. The crew were excellent, keeping us entertained, well informed, and also paying good attention to safety. On our return to Pier 84 we bought discounted tickets for the Intrepid tour at the Water Taxi office and skipped the long lines for easy access to the ship. All highly recommended.

Overall the best trip we booked, the water taxi is excellent, very friendly, excellent knowledgable crew, best sightseeing ever, stops at the statue of liberty so plenty of time for photo opportunities, 9/11 very moving, worth the visit, take the tissues such an errie calm but a breathtaking memorial so bequtifullly constructed, will go baclk once the museam is open.

Our tour guide Annie was very informative and spoke about some human interest stories that were very heart wrenching. Quite an emotional tour. The fountains at the 911 Memorial were fabulous.

This tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Hearing personal stories along with the outstanding photos was so moving. It is good to experience this before going to the 911 memorial.

A very emotive tour. Our guide was brilliant at conveying not only the events of 9/11, but the aftermath and positive elements which have emerged. It felt very personal and we learned many facts we were prviously unaware of. Certainly excellent value for money as our guide was both well informed, friendly and professional. I would really recommend this tour.

The hop o Hop off water taxi was easy to use and we had a chance to see the Statue of Liberty up close. The timed admission ticket for the 911 memorial made it easy for us to go in with minimal wait. Booking with Viator took the worry out of this excursion.

My wife and I were both curious as to what kind of memorial the city of New york was going to leave for the people that sadly died in the 9/11 disaster. For us it was a really moving experience. Our guide was a lady that had obviously had a personal knowledge of what happened that day and gave us an insight as to how the days events evolved. So be prepared to shed a tear or two because I think you will remember it for a long time to come. The walk took us to some of the buildings around the area and gave us a different view of the memorial. We also saw the teardrop memorial. All in all a worthwhile tour which we would thoroughly recommend.

Great Experience!! Annie our tour guide was very good at giving a deep down insight to what happened on 9/11 . The 3 hour tour went fast with all the information given you want more. Plus u can bypass the memorial fountain long line and go right to it with the tour. I highly recommend this tour . Ask for Annie as your tour guide.

We really enjoyed our Hop On Hop Off Cruise in New York. Very easy to collect our tickets (as I had pre booked from Autralia) and very easy to understand boarding times and destinations. 9/11 Memorial was great . All in all a great Service!

Price is very reasonable. All dockings and sailings right on time. Ship is clean. Friendly staff on board. Knowledgable and funny tour announcer. Staff at indoor ticket kiosk unprofessional. Playing with their cell phones while customers were waiting. 9/11 Memorial very moving. Great lunch at Pacific Grill at South Street Seaport. All around a great day. Would do this again.

It was terrific. Annie gfave her personal account of 9/11 as she was working in a nearby building. She gave a very tender touch of what happened and showed us the actual areas. The American Express building with the tribute to the 7 employees who died was the most impressive to me.
My only concern was that I was expecting to go into the memorial and felt that perhaps the advertizement could have been more explicit.
It was a wonderful tour that I will always cherish. Thank you.
