Excellent tour guide who was lively and kept us all excited and energised throughout the tour. Excellent access to all the listed sites and lots of good advice on tips. Would highly reccommend to any tourist wanting to see the big 3 in NYC
Jonathan the tour guide was exceptional and added greatly to this excellent value for money tour.

This tour was excellent! Our tour guide was informative and so nice. She helped us with directions even after the tour was over. I would highly recommend using this company!
This tour was everything viator said and more. We enjoyed it very very much....Jim our guide was brilliant.
Our tour guide (Debbie Mason) that we had is really good. Very professional and informative on all the tourist attractions. Really glad to have her with us especially with her up close and personal experiences with the 9/11 incidents. 4 thumbs up for this. Love you Deb, keeping up with the good work...You will always in our prayers..
A great way to see the the sights before the rush, just make sure you don't mind an early start. Our guide, Kernan, was great with his knowledge of the city and a thoroughly nice guy. We saw some great sights on our walk from the water taxi to the 9/11 memorial, and Kernan was great at explaining the historical elements from the facts about the railings around Bowling green to the history of trinity church.
Great to get in before the crowds
It started out okay. We walked to the Empire State building and saw wonderful views from the 86th floor. After spending 30 min at the top we got on top of a open air bus. The seats were all wet and no one had anything to dry them with. The bus felt dirty. Our tour guide gave no audio during this tour so we don't know what we were seeing or where we were going. We traveled to the pier. Once we got their we were left on our own to tour the museum for only 1 hour. We could of spent more time there. We very felt rushed, again no information during our time there. We met up again to jump on the ferry. The ferry was nice. Can only accommodate so many people when returning to our return spot we had to wait in line for over 1 hour because there was no seat available on the ferry each time it came. That was frustrating. The 911 memorial was uninformative the museum was not open yet. The Statue of Liberty was beautiful but we were not able to get off the boat to tour it. All in all no one from our group enjoyed our tour guide. In fact when he announced that he would be happy to take tips and asked if everyone enjoyed it. Several people were outspoken and said they did not enjoy it and I don't believe this tour guy got one tip. I felt bad for him but he did not deserve a tip in my opinion. We did not feel very important on this tour. It should not be called a VIP tour.
Tour guide was fine but we had to wait nearly an hour outside the ESB for the bus to take us to the Intrepid. Then we missed the water taxi and had to wait for the next one. This all caused us not to go out to the Statue of Liberty which I was disappointed. This needs to be better planned so customers are not waiting so long and missing one of the tours.
This was the worse tour cos its false advertising! The only good thing was the empire state building but since the guide cant talk to you anyway, you might as well do it yourself. We didnt even go near the Statue of Liberty! And you go to the corner of the 911 memorial museum not into it!
NY was amazing but this tour was poorly planned and disorganized. We got to the Empire State Building a half an hour before it opened, waited in line and only to find out there was zero visability on the observation deck. Most people opted to come back another day on their own. Our tour guide left us before we went into the 9/11 Memorial and did not provide enough information on how to navigate our way back to our hotel.
The early bird gets the worm. Starting early prevented us from having to queue which was great. Tour guide Megan was lively and knowledgeable. One suggestion - we could have spent much more time at the air and space museum and less time trying to get through the New York traffic. Just go straight from Empire State Building - forget the city tour - and the audio did not work on the bus anyway. Altogether a lot of fun.
James or Jim as he likes to be called was a great tour director. It was a very full day and Jim never lost interest in his group. He was extremely versed in his history of New York and shared it with all of us. His sense of humor was outstanding. Good Job!!!!
Fantastic tour despite the weather. Tour guide absolutely fantastic, Heidi?. She was fun, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great tour to see heaps and front of line VIP experience well worth the money.
