Very cool tour. Getting up the Empire State early and before the crowds is the big bonus here. We used the ferry ticket at the end of the tour to visit Brooklyn and then later, the Statue of Liberty before returning to pier 84. Tour guide was great too - very knowledgeable and helpful.

If you are looking to do a New York City tour and see A LOT in a short time, this tour is a VERY good value! Our local tour guide was Jim, a life-long New Yorker who was extremely knowledgeable and fun. I would highly suggest this tour for anyone who wants to go to the top of the Empire State Builiding, see the USS Intrepid and Space Shuttle Enterprise, have a NY Water Taxi tour of the Hudson and Statue of Liberty, get a walking tour of lower Manhattan and Battery Park, and finish with time at the 9/11 Memorial. Give yourself 6-7 hours and bring your walking shoes!

Kim and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with a trip to New York City, our first time there. We left the great climate of San Diego and were blessed with 50 degrees weather. We had a wonderful week but the highlight of it was our tour, JP and Patrick were perfect guides and made the whole experience very memorable. Thank you for such a great time.

Very enjoyable experience, Jim our tour guide was excellent; informative, witty, helpful and polite. It was my first visit to New York with limited time so the tour was just what i wanted and covered most of the sights i had in mind. The fact that you could "hop on/hop off" the water taxi and bus gives you great flexibility.

Overall the tour and Tour Guide were fantastic. The only disappointment was the Empire State Bldg was fogged in and we were not told till after we got up to the 80th Floor. The Tour Guide tried everything he could to gets us to be able to come back later in the day but the rude people at the Empire State Bldg did not care. The rest of the tour was fantastic, especially the World Trade Ctr

Great guides, great tour. One problem--the internet stated that the tour was to finish around 12:30 or 1:00 but actually does not return until around 4 p.m. I had made other plans for us during the afternoon hours and therefore we had to leave the tour and then finish the tour on our own after our afternoon plans. The guide got us an open ended ticket for the 9/11 Memorial, thankfully.

Great tour. Started early but that meant we got into the Empire State Building before everyone else. Make sure you bring a jacket, it is very cold at the top of the building and windy so hang onto your hats!
The visit to the Intrepid Museum was very interesting, a pity we couldn't have a bit more time there.
The 9/11 Memorial is a must see and this tour gets you a 'fast pass' to the front of the line.
Our tour guide, JB was great and looked after everyone on the tour.

First part of tour excellent - although early start, well worth it for views of Empire State. One critisismn - needed a re-fuel break before Ground Zero. Long queses, hungry, tired and tour guides had long gone. Be prepared to get back to base by yourself.
