The tour guides were better than outstanding. Very knowledgable and fun. We were unaware of what the tour included and how it would go. The web page needs to explain that you are cut loose at the 9/11 memorial and left to travel the rest of the tour on your own by catching the water taxi around and if you wish, finding the free transportation back to the Empire State bldg. thankfully we were flexible.

Had a great day, well organised, guide was very knowledgable, saw quite a bit of newyork, which was great.water taxi, was great and they have great knowledge. Would recommend this to other people, worth every penny.

this is a good tour, unfortunately we picked a day to go when it was snowing and there was 0% visibility on top of the empire state building so we didn't get a great view but an experience , then the rest of the walking tour and theres quite a few times you are waiting wasn't nice especially with the cold weather , but still a nice tour to take and a good tour guide.

our guide was very knowledgeable and able to answert all of our questions. The Empire state building was fantastic but there was a lot of hanging around waiting for the Space centre to open (and it was very cold!). Unfortunately some things were still closed due to the recent storm but it was still a very worthwhile trip.

Jump the queues tours are great but be aware that early morning inclement weather may impact views from the empire state building. Tour of Intrepid was disorganised.
Kernan our guide was informative and attentive to the group. Loved the walk to the 9/11 Memorial.

FANTASTIC! Having VIP entry into the Empire State was the best! Then heading down to the Intrepid and water taxi. This tour was very well organised. It took us through the whole day, where we got to see these 3 sites plus Brooklyn. The tour guide knew his stuff as well and was wonderful!

A fantastic tour of the best landmarks in NYC, the early start and cost may put some people off but it was well worth it. The Entrepid is closed due to damage caused by hurricane Sandy but we weren't that disappointed. All the tour guides were very informative.
