We bought the 72 hour ticket with vouchers to 3 attractions...and would most definitely recommend it! Bus tours were really good, and the tour guides were generally full of energy and interesting facts. Only problem we had was jumping back on the buses mid-route when the sun was out, due to them being full with passengers.

Highly recommended tour. We enjoyed Brooklyn, Harlem, Manhattan, and used it several times a day. Viator is very easy to book. We have used it for Paris, Barcelona, and other cities. We plan on booking this tour in our upcoming European trip.

Very handy to have a few trips pre-booked and not be limited to what they were, because this gave us flexibility of choice once we had a feel for the city and our priorities changed.

Oh my goodness where do I begin. Our first time to New York, so many things to do and see! We only had 5 days to do it all!! So decided to purchase the 7 day pass, was concerned about having enough time to do everything that we had on our list. I would recommend going into the web site and mapping out everything you have to do, I did a search on everything. That way if you have time left over, you can always add a few activities. Group your must do's together by location, for an example, we did the Nat History Museum, The Metropolitan Museum, and Guggenheim all in one day. We would have been able to do more but, flew in on a red eye. So the first day we picked up the pass, checked out time square, and did a night tour around the city. We also booked 2 Broadway shows, a dinner cruise, and also a carriage ride threw Central Park. So we really only used the pass for 4 full days and it still saved us $334.00. We did everything that was on our list of must do's!! Plus a couple that we added in the end. Here is what we did on the pass, NBC tour, Top of the Rock, American Museum Of Natural History, The metropolitan Museum of Art, Guggenheim Museum, Water Taxi, 9/11 Memorial, Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum, Empire State Bldg., NY Sky Ride, Madame Tussauds, Circle Line 3hr full island cruise, and Moma. We had a wonderful time in NYC would recommend the pass. Thanks Viator

I bought the freestyle hop on hop off tour which gave me three days of trips, a night trip, cruise and two other activities, eg entry to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Other reviewers warned that the Grayline office had long queues but the ticket can be validated during the evening when queues don`t exist. The ticket was excellent value for money and helped us to see the maximum amount of New York. Also it was bought in £s so no nasty non sterling transaction fees for the bank!!

The Hop-on-Hop-off Tour Bus was a great way to see NY City and to get to the different areas. I have done this before in NY and in Chicago. One piece of advice - if you want to sit on the top, dress warm!!
