My husband and I really enjoyed the tour. We have been all over the world with the military and feel that this is one of the best. We were at the tower before it went down and was again here when there was rubble. We have watched the Freedom Tower go up. It was so interesting to hear Len's stories about things and we did learn alot of things. The tour was just fast enough to make sure the elderly could keep up. That makes a big difference because they want to see things too but they can't do it so fast. Len's personality was so good and we laughed with him. He was so informative about everything. WE learned things that we never knew before and we even came back to his brothers house who are New Yorkers and told them things they didn't know. We have been to ground zero more times than they have. Overall I would give them five stars.
John, our tour guide, was excellent. He spoke clearly, loudly enough for all to hear. He was very knowledgeable and personable.
This was one of the best trips ever. Our tour guide Rob was amazing. If you're interested in what happened on this sad day, then this trip is a definite must.
If I could rate this tour higher I would. Our guide I'm sorry I don't remember his name was so informative and insightful. He told us many personal stories about that day and the days that followed. I cannot praise his enough. Thank you. You made our visit to the memorial and museum very pleasurable.
I am the travel agent that booked this tour for my clients.
They loved and even wrote me a thank you note.
They told me the guide was a first responder which made the tour one they will never forget.
Our tour guide,Len did a wonderful job of guiding us through the history of this area. He was knowledgeable, personable, and answered everyone's questions. I highly recommend this tour prior to visiting the museum or the tower.
There aren't really words to convey this experience. I am so glad I did this because I learned so much. The 9/11 Museum upgrade is definitely worth it. Plan on spending several hours if you can.
great tour guide! Very helpful information. Very eye opening.
Great and extremely knowledgeable tour guide.
Our tour guide Len was excellent.
Museum was unmissable
Guide was informative, personable and connected to this event in a way that made the tour impactful.
If your an American this is a MUST see, expect the tour and museum to take most of the day. ANF
The guide and the tour were fantastic but the museum was a bit of a let down.
The tour was excellent. It was very interesting and informative. Our guide, Robert was excellent and we enjoyed his commentary. The Memorial and the Museum were very impressive.
My daughter and I enjoyed the tour with our tour guide, Tony. We appreciated his perspective of having worked in WTC 2. His before and during pictures also helped us grasp our location. I would highly recommend this tour.
The tour was beyond our expectations. Tony was the best guide and really gave us insights into the tragedy and what it was to live through that time....
Also, Karen helped me with my reservations, which I had messed up when I made them on my phone...fumble-fingers and all. She worked very hard to give us a great experience. Thank you Karen.
Very good tour, don't be put off by Walking as you really don't walk that far. Our guide was very knowledgeable and used his own experiences of 911 to explain everything.
Tom was an amazing guide, full of knowledge and kept the group entertained on a very cold February day!
An absolute highlight of our trip, would recommend to anyone wanting to do tourist attractions. It and #39;s a short walk, but packed full of stories and history from a Wall Street insider. Thanks Tom

Our tour guide, Len, was such an excellent guide and all-around great human being. He shared his own personal experiences with 9/11 as a candle shop owner. Len was patient, well-spoken, and kind- even helping a member of our group who was in a wheelchair. He went out of his way to make sure we all enjoyed the tour and saw all aspects of Ground Zero, including St. Paul's and St. Peter's churches. He was very knowledgeable and even provided visuals- photos and maps, which were very helpful. I would highly recommend this tour and Len as a tour guide.
Excellent guide and tour
The tours was amazing, such a moving place, it was very humbling being there, the museum was very emotional can't believe we were in there for nearly 4 hours and could have been longer. The tour guides were so informative as they all were working or near the twin towers on the day. If you don't do any other tour you have to do this one.
Tauren was a fabulous tour guide, she presented in a clear concise fashion, was easy to keep up with and had a true passion and connection to the 9/11 event and memorial.
