We were scheduled for Apri 1st, but the weather was not very good. We did not worry about this because we had purchased our tickets from Viator and could redeem them for any day. When we did redeem them we did not know that you were given a specific time, usually the next available time, which for us, was an hour and a half later. This would have been good to know ahead of time. We thought we could redeem and use immediately. We went up at night and it was a spectacular view. I would highly reccomend the Top of the Rock as a must do while in New York.

We went up to the Top of the Rock in the evening to get a view of NYC at night. It was fabulous!! The queues were minimal, the observatory was quiet enough for us to get an unhindered view of all sides and the views were amazing!

The bus tours were excellent! The downtown tour was probably the highlight. The cruises and the top of the rock observatory were excellent. Well worth the money! Would use this tour again! Thanks

Seeing the view of New York from the Top of the Rock was fantastic. Much better than the top of the Empire State Building, as seeing the Empire State Building from this vantage point was awesome.

I was scetchy on this website when I was buying the discounted Rockefeller tickets. But when I arrived for the Top of the Rock tour, they took my discounted Viator tickets without question. This is a MUST if you go to NYC. Much better expierence plus 3 different levels of observations!

Fabulous! Really worth pre-booking as you can't use cash to buy tickets on site. The view from The Top of the Rock cannot be beaten! Stunning! Go early and have the view all to yourself!

This was my fourth trip to NY and I cant believe I've never been to the top of the Rock before, the whole experience from the elevator ride to the breathtaking views was incredible! I honestly believe the views from the top are the best in New York! Once you come down there is a whole world to explore at the bottom, great day!

I had 2 tickets to the Top of The Rock, so I went up twice on different weather conditions. Highly recommended. The sunset is beautiful. Try to catch the sunset.

Top of the Rock was a top experience for me. After flight cancellations and delays, cutting short our stay in New York to only one morning we were so glad that we had pre-booked this trip. It gave us an excellent view of the city, Central Park and the river.

In my view the only way to get the best out of New York. Instructions on how and where to obtain vouchers clear and easy to follow. Guides on the buses know the history of New York and make it extremely interesting. I would recommend full trips first before so you know where everything is. If you want to then return to a place that interests you then you can take the bus again and hop ff whenever and wherever you want. Top of the Rock is fabulous - great views and worth a visit whether during the day or at night. Harbour cruise and Ellis Island ferry trip great for photos of Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island itself.. Guides excellent too.
