Absolutely brilliant. One of the more expensive tours we did but was worth every penny.

We had a great time on the tour. To be honest we did not use our tickets as much as we should have because we thought it was a little hokey. We only went on the Uptown loop and learned so many things that we will purchase again next time in New York. Thanks

This is our first time to take the tour(Downtown Loop) and the experience was beautiful and educational.Our tour guide Mr.Franco was an excellent,talented tour guide.Definitely,we will recommend the tour to our friends going to the Big Apple.

The tour was great but the tour operator, Tony, was phenomenal. Our 12 year old son commented that Tony "knew everything" about the city and the 911 memorial. Tony was truly a great guide and we were all very impressed with his knowledge and stories. I would highly recommend this tour under Tony!!

Well worth doing. Be prepared to walk for a fair way here - the tour is quite long and you are walking through the streets of the financial district. Very informative guide, and the ending at the memorial is poignant - made even more so as we did the tour on the day of the Boston bombings.

Myself and a friend did this tour last Saturday while we were on a short stay trip to NYC. This was a fantastic and informing insight to the area and of what happened that September day - Tony our tour guide was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable it made the tour an enjoyable experience and certainly worth how much we paid.I have spoken about it many times back here in the UK. So a big thankyou to Tony. Not forgetting the NYC firefighters and the bravery of so many people involved on 9/11.

Our guide Tony made this a special memory which we will always treasure. He explained from his own experiences during the actual events of 9/11 and the following rescue mission how it felt being there. Quite emotional at times so take some tissues.

The Hop-on-Hop-off Tour Bus was a great way to see NY City and to get to the different areas. I have done this before in NY and in Chicago. One piece of advice - if you want to sit on the top, dress warm!!
