1. Queenstown
Sitting pretty on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown’s cool climate and mountainous landscape make it the country’s premier adventure tourism destination. If you’ve ever wanted to try bungy-jumping, zorbing, canyon swinging or white water rafting, this is the place to do it.
