We loved niagara and the pass was great. Had no clue all of those "other" places existed that weren't on the pass. Maybe there should be more pass options. Also, parking was outrageous and it would be a good idea to include parking on the pass or offer a daily parking pass that works anywhere.

Since I had to pick up the passes at the Bird Kingdom, we found what a treasure the Bird Kingdom is. Really enjoyed our tour. Also had wonderful time on Journey Behind the Falls tour, Maid of the Mist ride, Skylon Tower Observatory, the Sky Wheel, as well as walking along the Promenade by the Falls. Beautiful.

Excellent value for the money. So much to do and far too little time. I would recommend the Power Pass to anyone.

After reading reviews we decided to purchase the 3 day pass however I don't think it was worth it, the main attractions can be done in 2 days you just need to be clear on what you want to see and do. The children enjoyed having options which is always a bonus!

we could not activate our pass on the American side so we only got one day out of the pass. Not much to do on the American side anyway.

Our trip was AWESOME! The card was GREAT! We loved it, we used it and would recommend it! I will look next time we travel to see if you have one for the city we will be visiting! Thank you for an easy to use great product!

This was a really good way to see almost everything in Niagara Falls. We were able to keep busy and my Kids were happy too. The only thing missing was a bus pass!!

We highly recommend using this pass!! There was no way we had time to do everything, but what a fantastic package they have put together! We had our daughter and ourselves and the selections were terrific!
After paying such huge prices for food, it was a delight to enter the attractions with just a card.
If you get one pass for Niagara, make it this one!!

When we picked up teh Power pass they told us to go to the USA side to get the LAdy of the Mist, you have to be at certain time and have a walking tour before getting to the boat. We ended up paying for the LAdy of the Mist. Great use on the Canada side

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC.! WE WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER WITH A 4 DAY PASS, BUT THAT WAS NOT OFFERED. SO WE SPENT MORE MONEY THAN NEEDE. ALSO, A SHUTTLE KNOWLEDGE WOULD BE HELPFUL. OUR BELLMAN CLUED US IN ON A SHUTTLE THAT PICKED UP AT A FEW HOTELS AND NEAR MOST OF THE ATTRACTIONS. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT WE HAD TO GO TO THE USA TO RIDE THE MAID OF THE MIST. MY FAULT...I DID NOT NOTICE THIS ON YOUR LIST OF ATTRACTIONS . ALL IN ALL WE HAD A GREAT TRIP!!!

Power Pass was worth every penny! Very easy to activate and use. Was accepted with no problems everywhere that was listed. Some of the sites are far from one another so we carefully mapped everything out in advance and had a wonderful time. We were able to do things we would not have ordinarily paid for if it had not been on the pass. Would highly recommend Power Pass to anyone traveling to Niagara Falls. You definitely need the 3 day pass though...we were on the move constantly but we had an absolute blast! We would definitely do it again and I would definitely order from Viator with confidence.

We were somewhat disappointed that the two main attractions that we thought were included, were not (the Water Park and the Greg Ferron Show). I specifically inquired before we purchased whether or not the water park was the one that was in the hotel close to Clifton Hill and was told it was....but it turned out that it wasn't and the water park that was included was 20 minutes away. We were told that the Greg Ferron show was included, but found out only that we had to purchase tickets with a 15% discount. Based on this, we probably would have purchased a pass there to save money on attractions.

Do not buy! Not worth the money. Customer service was horrible.Power Pass needs to educate everyone involved selling their passes as no one has the correct information.Each person we asked a question had a different answer.We were misguided from the start. If you do end up buying the Power Pass, buy the one day pass only. Do not pay for multiple day pass. Get all your passes for the tours you would like and use the tickets at your leisure! I would recommend not buying the power pass and paying as you go.No benefits! You still need to wait in lines etc. The pass is only good for ONE calendar day so if you activate at 5;00pm you only have till midnight and then in expires! If is not a 24 hour calendar day. Bottom line DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
