Was a miserable day; rainy and cold; only 8 people on our tour; but our guide Bob was great. Told us so much information about the falls. GREAT TOUR! Worth every cent!

We had a wonderful guide and a great time on the Niagara Falls trip. The Maid of the Mist was fun, although we got very wet even with the ponchos' they provide. All we did and all we saw was wonderful.

Our experience with Viator was everything we expected and more. Wonderful Tour Guide, who was very adept at avoiding the bigger bus tours everywhere we went, which we greatly appreciated!!

Bus was half hour late, the tour was one hour long with two half hour breaks, I feel we only got half the tour we paid $169. for.

The tour was fantastic. There is nothing better than being guided through the city that includes this natural treasure. Our guide picked us up promptly at our hotel and enthralled us with information for the next few hours. It seemed like I asked a hundred questions, and he answered each and every one. We were escorted straight to the front of the line to the Maid of the Mist, Skylon Tower (THE VIEW!!!!) ... we felt (and were treated like) VIPS. It would have taken us a week to navigate the area to see all the wonderful things we did. The Flower Clock shouldn't be missed. Highly Recommend!

The tour was wonderful, we are so glad that we went to the Canadian side. Our tour guide was excellent and made the tour very informative. He was an excellent talker, and made everyone in the tour feel welcome. He made us want to come back and do the tour again, which we may do!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and our tour guide. His knowledge made it easier to understand and appreciate the sites. The Maid of the Mist Boat ride was a thrill and full of excitement.
