The trip to Niagra Falls was an unbelievable experience and worth every cent. All we had to do was meet at prearranged meeting point and sit back and enjoy, evrything was taken care of. Lunch in Windows restaurant over looking the falls a highlight among many. Special thanks to Eduardo our guide

This was a very good value tour and travelling to Niagara during the winter was a very different experience.Our tour guide Mat was very caring , well informed and professional in his manner and dress. Our overall enjoyment of this tour was spoilt by loud manner of the translater who accompanied us.

Very experienced tour guide Michael and we were using a very nice and comfortable MPV instead of big bus as there were only 6 pax in the group. This made the traffic and moving very smooth ... no massive waiting, long queues for foods and even at custom etc. The recommended italian restaurant in Canadian side was serving fantastic pizzas and pasta and the entire trip was smooth and comfortable. Though we lost a bit of time in trying to locate the Waterloo Premium Outlet and thus shorter than expected duration in shopping there but overall still very nice and memorable trip for myself and my wife !!!

Fantastic full day trip, well worth it. The falls look amazing in the winter but make sure you rug up because -15 degrees C is VERY cold :)

So nice to see the Nigara falls and the Canadian Nigara falls is a nice town with lots to eat n every open till really late :) yes it's lots of time on the road but this is expected. If you have more time its nice to spend a couple of days there before heading back. The room we stayed is huge.

The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is because it was too long of a day.Our flight wasn't due to leave Buffalo until 845pm so we could see the falls at night.As we could only see the falls from the American side at night it wasn't as effective.Apart from that it was a good tour and Eguardo was great!

The tour itself was great. Falls were magnificent. Buffet at Sheraton OK - nothing special -but view fantastic. Could do without coffee stop in town and spend more tiem at falls. Could also do without stop at souvenir shop as Niagara had souvenirs also. Had IMMENSE trouble getting the tour to agree to pick us up at the Essex House - they wanted us to walk to the Sheraton at 4am in the morning. It took 3 angry calls to get them to agree to pick us up which was part of the tour.

I highly recommend this tour if you're staying in NYC and have a day to spare. Our guide, Giuseppe, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I was disappointed we were asked to tip when the tour was already pretty expensive. Niagara Falls is definitely worth a trip - it is amazing!

A great day, no crowds to deal with as most things shut down in winter season. Tour guide was great and the day went smoothly without being rushed. A long day - possibly could have left NY an hour later but other than that a great trip and I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic trip! We were collected from NYC close to our apartment and taken out to the airport and handed our boarding passes. We were met in Buffalo by our tour guide, who drove us around to various sites on both sides of the river. He was very knowledgable and spoke several languages. The tour was a good mix of guided and free time. He returned us to the airport and gave us boarding passes, and we were again collected at in NYC and returned to our accommodation. Only negative is that it was a long day - very early start and very late finish - with a fair bit of waiting at airports (especially since returning plane was delayed by fog at NYC); but I guess if you only have one day available this is how you would do it.

Niagara Falls 6/5.Mario (driver) 5/5.Manuel (tour guide1) 3/5.Hector (tour guide2) 0/5.Schedule/itinerary 1/5.Less time for comfort breaks=more time at Niagara.Also means more time for shopping.Tour guides quite knowledgeable, but can be rude.Take a headset-long journey, poor entertainment on bus.
