We planned our trip to Toronto specifically to see Niagara Falls. We took time to decide who we booked our trip to the Falls with and we certainly made the right choice with Viator.
The booking process was easy and we received plenty of updates and communication.
We arrived at the pick up point and was met by our tour manager Alan. He was the perfect guide and kept us captivated the whole journey. We would also like to mention Tim the driver who made up some lost time due to a 'fender bender' on the highway out of Toronto!
We only decided to do the helicopter ride on the way and this was a superb way to see our first sight of the Falls.
The Falls are truly spectacular , the Maid of the Mist is obviously the highlight and was wonderful but we also got up real close and personal on our walk with Alan even though it was pouring with rain he still did this part of the tour!
The meal at the Sheraton was also excellent, I was not expecting this to be as good as it was as I had read some bad reviews, but staff were attentive and choice of food was very good. The desserts were to die for!!
We chose to go on a Friday night for the fireworks and this just topped it off.
It truly was a fabulous trip of a lifetime.
Thanks to Viator, Alan and Tim and of course the Falls!!

Highly recommed "Over The Falls" tour by Viator. It was 6 1/2 hrs of pure delight with 3 other couples and Tom, our very knowledgeable tour guide. We had never been to Niagara Falls before so to hear the history and side bars and traveling with 8 passengers in a van instead of a tour bus was a perfect size. We traveled in late Sept. and the weather was perfect.

it was fantastic from the time tom picked us up from our motel till we were droped back of the falls and all the little bits of local information it was like we were traveling with our family full of laughs truelly the high lite of our trip to the usa

We got to the airport which is quite a way out of town but that is ok yiou get to see a little more . I booked the Romance special which is another way of saying that you you have the helicopter to yourself. I sat in the front as the view and photograghy opitunities were excelent.

Well worth doing the Evening trip...and if you do not do the Helicopter ride you are missing the best view!!! Our guide was Alan and he was great, a font of knowledge delivered with patience and humour. The falls lit up were fabulous....LOVED the black Squirrels!!! that we saw on the trip.

The helicopter ride over Niagara falls was really amazing. The views were spectacular and the flight itself a wonderful experience for my wife and I. It just ended too soon.

Worth the money - could have done the visit to Niagara ourselves but wouldn't have had the convenience of pick up/drop off from our hotel (2 females travelling alone) and we would never have had such fun without our other travellers of various nationalities. Tour guide was very informative and both him and the coach driver were very friendly.
