Excellent tour, fantastic guide, collected on time, flown to Buffalo and totally awesome day. Buffet lunch at Sheraton which was great. Took great pics, had a wonderful time. Would totally recommend this tour, well worth the money.
Unforgetable expirience!
Travel agency: worst expirience- the bus, poor, the oldest they could find! Was late at the start for one hour, guide named Michael chaoticaly gathered the groups into the buses.
At the falls, which were the best we expirienced, stays a statue of Nikola Tesla. We stood in front of it but no story about him was told and it should have been. At least that nothing that we use now, based on todays electricity wouldn't exist without him!!!!!!! He was explained as Yugoslav inventor, full stop.
Thanks viiator for a memorable 2 days we enjoyed seeing the countryside and paticularily Niagara falls stunning.tour guide was friendly and very informative .would recommend this tour to everyone
We initially thought that this tour was very over priced, BUT we must say it was worth every penny! Our tour guide Guiseppe was wonderfull and very informative. Only one small gripe - we were unable to sit with our partners on the plane [both ways] a few people were complaining about this! Apart from that I would thouroughly recomend this tour.
What a great trip. Picked up about 6.30am from midtown and back at our hotel by 22.30. A long day but more than worth it. The Maid of the Mist trip is one never to be forgotten and it really is awesome. Everything else is just killing time waiting for thre boat ride but an excellent tour guide and some nice company made it all an absolute pleasure. Surprisingly souvenirs were cheaper on the USA side (hint). Not cheap but if you have the day to spare from New York don't miss this trip. You wont regret it at all.

Great to see Niagara but time pressures were immense! The main problem was at the start of the trip when we had to stand on a street corner in the freezing cold waiting for the coach which was late. We then still had to stand while the tour leader sat on the bus and checked people's passports as they got on. If he had arrived earlier, we were all there about half an hour earlier and we could have sat on the coach while he did the checking. We were all chiiled through and then the coach had no heating on so we were freezing for several hours. Too many breaks for toilet stops. Hotel in Canada was superb however, although no bar or snacks available, but there was not enough time spend at Niagara then and we would have preferred not to do the Outlet Mall visit nad have another hour there! I think the trip is good value for money but could be much better organised.
The trip was very good but took around 16-17 hours instead of 14 as mentioned in the brochure
Long day but worth it. The guide Giovanni was amazing, had great knowledge of the area. Lunch was fantatsic. Could have been shorterend as felt like some aspects were repetitive.
Everyone should do this
Niagara Falls what a spectacular destination. This tour should not be missed although you need to be aware that it can be more than a 14hr day. We were picked up at 6.30am and dropped back at our hotel at 11pm! Our guide Eduardo was lovely and our lunch at the hotel afforded fantastic views of the falls. Maid of the Mist ride worth getting wet for! Up close the falls are one on natures wonders that should not be missed.
A long trip. Driver and guide were good. Accommodation excellent. Useless stop at Watkins Glen. Also outlet stop on way back too short and waste of time. Need to stop at better place for lunch. Enjoyed Niagara Falls great visit.

Niagara Falls is not to be missed. It's a truly awe-inspiring sight. However my tour guide and driver, Giuseppe, left a lot to be desired. He was untidy in appearance and his manner was not good. He criticised me for being late when I met him at Buffalo airport. I had called into a restroom after leaving my flight. Then at our first stop we were told to be back at the coach by 10.15 a.m. At 10.10 a.m. I heard him calling me. He told me that everyone else was on the coach and I'd kept him waiting a second time. He was quite aggressive. I pointed out that it was not yet 10.15 a.m. In the afternoon he told us to be back at the coach by 2.15 p.m. Everyone was there before time but he was 10 minutes late and didn't even bother to apologise. He needs to get his act together and smarten up.
This was an awesome day - our guide Giuisepe really made the day with his knowledge and his hunour - he was a fantastic guide. Even keeping us entertained and the hold up at border control. He The scenery was amazing and the trip on the Maid in the Mist brilliant - will be recommending to all - thank you
